To generate the co-emergent wisdom, practice as before, establishing it as the four minds, etc. When practicing the generation stage, meditate intensely and briefly without being interrupted by ordinary conceptual thoughts. Finally, clearly visualize the central eye in the middle of the forehead and hold the mind there. Relax the effort slightly. If it is not clear, look at a drawing of the central eye in the middle of the forehead and make it clear. Then, focus on all three eyes and meditate. Then, meditate on the entire head, the entire body, etc., including the seat, mandala, deity, palace, and protective wheel, as before. After receiving the complete empowerment of the path, visualize the eight wrathful Vajra goddesses in the heart, Amitabha in the throat, surrounded by sixteen goddesses, Vairochana on the crown of the head, surrounded by thirty-two goddesses, Ratnasambhava in the navel, surrounded by sixty-four goddesses, and Amoghasiddhi in the secret place, surrounded by thirty-two goddesses, and hold the mind there. Then, focus the mind on the six sense organs, the six objects, the twelve great joints as deities, and the parts of the body as the support palace. After not showing the disappearance of the ball of light, enter the path of secret empowerment, and like expelling defective things, first start with effort, focusing the mind on the tip of the right nostril, exhaling when the air flows out, inhaling when the air flows in, and when it stays a little, remember that it is staying. Focus single-pointedly on that, and if no other thoughts arise, this is the path of eliminating entry. Exhale forcefully, exhale twice, inhale once, hold the breath three times, and then exhale, making the exhale longer and the inhale and stay shorter. When meditation arises, start with the breath, thinking of inhaling, staying, and exhaling. Inhaling is Om (藏文: ཨོཾ,梵文天城体: ॐ,梵文罗马拟音: oṃ,汉语字面意思: 唵), staying is Ah (藏文: ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体: आः,梵文罗马拟音: āḥ,汉语字面意思: 啊), and exhaling is Hum (藏文: ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ,汉语字面意思: 吽). As a stable limb, hold the breath, making the inhale longer and the exhale shorter. With the mind, also think of inhaling long, staying inside, and exhaling short. Stop the effort, tilt the head slightly, focus the mind on the tip of the nose or the left nostril, seal it with the threatening mudra, inhale the air, and then exhale on the left side. This is called expelling defective things. Exhale forcefully from both nostrils, focusing the consciousness on the space between the eyebrows. The key to exhaling forcefully from both nostrils is to act violently on the body.

Focus. Keep one's capacity to hold breath outwards. The key point of wind. Focus the mind on the space about an elbow's length in front of you. Then about a fathom. Then about a spear's length. Then about a wide valley. Then about one earth. Then the four continents. Then the three thousand worlds. Finally, focus the mind on all the space of the universe. The method of releasing with sound is: Clench the teeth and focus the mind on the surrounding space about a fathom around you. Focus on the sound of "si". The key point of wind is to blow air from between the teeth with the sound of "sid". Exhale. Like the smoke of incense in the wind, it comes out from the anus. Focus the awareness on the air swirling about an elbow's length below. Press down on the upper wind as much as possible. Slightly contract the lower wind. At that time, do not let the air that is blown out later expand again. The mantra of filling is to stop effort and fill from the life force. In the navel, visualize something like an eggshell, white on the outside and yellow on the inside, in which butter flows gently like wind. Silently swallow the wind's horse saliva. Press down on the wind as much as possible. It is said that the experience of the Lord of Yoga also arises from this. In the navel, in a blue triangular dharma source, visualize butter and wind flowing gently, open your mouth. Silently inhale slowly and long from the mouth, and when it is complete, silently swallow saliva and nod. The common point of these two is that in the visualization of both, at the end of the previous one, visualize two or four finger-widths of fire in the navel. In the navel, expand the dharma source like the earth. By pressing down on the wind, the dharma source becomes larger and larger. Finally, it spreads throughout the entire earth. In it, in the emptiness that has become empty, visualize the wind entering and also being as deep as the ocean. Close the mouth and visualize the fire of tummo in the navel, like the shape of an A-shad (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤད་, Devanagari: आशाढ, Romanization: āṣāḍha, meaning: A type of dart or arrow). It is small, hot, sharp, and full of power. Then first slightly contract the lower wind. Then silently guide the upper wind upwards, gradually guiding it with the effort of touching the head to the ground, and visualize all the wind dissolving into the fire of the navel. When the upper wind is complete, swallow one saliva. Forcefully inhale the lower wind, close the wind at the navel, and press the stomach against the spine. Slightly bend the abdomen outwards. Press the Adam's apple firmly and hold the breath as much as possible. The mantra of tummo is to light a butter lamp. The top of Brahma. The root.
