Separation, stiffness, ignorance, pacifying poison, expelling, afflicting with epidemic fever, piercing with a phurba, accomplishing the twelve great activities. Generate the space Khampa of Lhasa. Draw the space-wind into the central channel. By meditating on the object of accomplishment as invisible, it becomes invisible. By practicing in this way, the life-wind becomes small and is held within the bindu. Mind Vajra, body posture in lotus position, one's own inner empty central channel is like a medium-sized arrow shaft. The life-tree of the six chakras, the white bindu Haṃ at the upper end, the red bindu Ho at the lower end, like lightning. Oṃ at the forehead, Āḥ at the throat, Hūṃ at the heart, Rakṣa at the secret place. Press the gentle and long wind into the essential points. Kṣa blazes like fire. Secret place, navel, heart, throat, burn the imprints within the channels of the forehead. From Haṃ, bodhicitta arises, filling the channel petals with fire. Gradually fill the throat, heart, navel, and secret place. Recognize the uncontaminated. Focus single-pointedly on non-thought. Push like the ocean. Do not obstruct the wind, leave it as it is. Push upwards and downwards to below the navel. Do not inhale the life-wind. Mix the upper, lower, and middle three places and then stretch again. Push the lower wind. Push the life-wind to its place. This is the practice of the Three Vajras. For all the instructions on visualization, give joyfully. This essential point of supreme liberation, also write it down well and look at it. Extracted from the instruction manual of Zla Seng. (42) ༈ The instruction manual of Lamdre. The instruction of Lamdre with its fruit, first go with refuge and bodhicitta. The impure appearance of samsara's suffering is inconceivable, but if summarized, it is the changing of suffering, from the three aggregates, hells are: hot hells, reviving hells, black line hells, crushing hells, crying hells, great crying hells, hot hells, very hot hells, uninterrupted hells, number hells. Cold hells are: blister hells, blister bursting hells, achuchu hells, kyihud hells, chattering teeth hells, like blue lotuses.

Pa. Splitting like a lotus, splitting greatly like a lotus. A brief vicinity. In the four directions of the eight hot hells, there are pits of burning embers, swamps of decaying corpses, plains of razor-sharp hairs, forests of sword-leaf trees, and Shalmali trees. Ghosts with outer obscurations, inner obscurations, and obscurations of food and drink. Mostly dwelling among animals. Scattered, thinking there is no way not to be born there. Change, cyclic existence, is impermanent, without essence. Having been born as Indra, one falls back to earth. Having been born as a wheel-turning monarch, one is born as the lowest slave. Having attained godhood, one is born in hell. The sun and moon sink into darkness. The rich become beggars. Eloquence becomes poor. Enemies become friends, friends become enemies. Looking at the people of a place and a country, they gradually change from what they were before. Regarding conditioned phenomena, aging, aging, dying, dying, even if one does them, one is not satisfied, and even if one does them for lifetimes, one never finishes. Thinking in this way, if one is certain that there is no happiness wherever one is born, then whatever one does becomes Dharma. Leisure and opportunity are difficult to find, greatly beneficial, and do not last. The basis for accomplishing it is also this human body of leisure and opportunity. Leisure and opportunity are also divided into five personal endowments and five other endowments. At the time when it is difficult to obtain, one must take the essence. And at this time, the high realms of the future, the liberation of the lower vehicle, and the omniscient Buddha can also be accomplished. This leisure and opportunity, which is difficult to obtain, is an impermanent phenomenon, so it cannot last long. The reason is that the lifespan of Jambudvipa is uncertain. There are many causes of unfavorable conditions, and few causes of favorable conditions, so one does not know when one will die. Believe in cause and effect, non-virtue, virtue, and neutral. Thinking about and practicing the ten non-virtuous actions, great, medium, and small, one will be born in the three lower realms. Because suffering arises from non-virtue, one should not practice it even for a moment. The ripening result of practicing the ten virtues will lead to birth in the happy realms. One will attain the three enlightenments. Think that virtue has benefits. Neutral is not controlled by thoughts of virtue or non-virtue. Therefore, whatever actions one does with body, speech, and mind should be controlled by bodhicitta. For common appearances, cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta towards friends, enemies, and ordinary people. Compassion is the wish for all sentient beings to have happiness and the causes of happiness.
