觉察，喜悦，无动，安乐，见五禅支。现五神通。语金刚。脉络家。明点受用。风主。觉性住于所依。排出废气。风入为嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡），住为啊（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：啊），出为吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。舍弃念珠而念诵。其后不乱风，修五风瑜伽。于虚空风生起，无觉无知，柔和平等而持。火风猛烈而短促，噗噗而持。水风紧闭牙齿，以咻咻之声而持。地风稍强于虚空风，于觉与不觉之间而持。其后修下行风之座及次第重叠之生起。于脐间，蓝色埃（藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城体：ए，梵文罗马拟音：e，汉语字面意思：埃），虚空三角形清澈。其上，从扬（藏文：ཡཾ，梵文天城体：यं，梵文罗马拟音：yaṃ，汉语字面意思：扬）生起黑色弓形之风轮。从让（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让）生起红色三角形之火轮。从旺（藏文：བཾ，梵文天城体：वं，梵文罗马拟音：vaṃ，汉语字面意思：旺）生起白色圆形之水轮。从朗（藏文：ལཾ，梵文天城体：लं，梵文罗马拟音：laṃ，汉语字面意思：朗）生起黄色方形之地轮上，有绿色圆形之智慧座。罗睺。日。月。时母圆形。触觉与生起相合。以上风瑜伽，于生起之座上，生起金色阿哩嘎哩之连绵不断。于时母之上，观黄色啥姆（藏文：ཧྲཾ，梵文天城体：ह्रां，梵文罗马拟音：hrāṃ，汉语字面意思：啥姆）。放风时，观想字向上。水风，生起灰色阿哩嘎哩之连绵不断。于月座之上，白色啥姆（藏文：ཧྲཾ，梵文天城体：ह्रां，梵文罗马拟音：hrāṃ，汉语字面意思：啥姆）火。火风，生起红色阿哩嘎哩之连绵不断。于日座之上，红色啥姆（藏文：ཧྲཾ，梵文天城体：ह्रां，梵文罗马拟音：hrāṃ，汉语字面意思：啥姆）火。风之风，生起黑色阿哩嘎哩之连绵不断。于智慧座之上，观蓝色啥姆（藏文：ཧྲཾ，梵文天城体：ह्रां，梵文罗马拟音：hrāṃ，汉语字面意思：啥姆）火。观看一切共同之首。于各自执持之间持风。上下放松。种子字皆为蓝色金刚。黑剑。红宝。白莲。黄轮。彼等刹那间竖立。各个本尊即时轮金刚，或父母本尊竖立而祈请。风之观看，下部，下身。中间风，腰部。中身。上部风，面容眼睛。风生起宝、火、水、土界。如是于风道中升起之时，从本尊火界之脐间，触觉炽热。从火大乐啥姆（藏文：ཧྲཾ，梵文天城体：ह्रां，梵文罗马拟音：hrāṃ，汉语字面意思：啥姆）生起，阿哩嘎哩上下降临，遍布身体。此时若成办大事业，水风四合乃寂静之业。生起本尊水界。

Discernment, joy, immovability, bliss, seeing the five branches of meditation. Manifesting the five supernormal knowledges. Speech Vajra. Network of channels. Enjoyment of bindu. Lord of winds. Awareness abides in its support. Expelling stale air. Wind entering is Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om), abiding is Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah), exiting is Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Abandoning the rosary, perform recitation. Thereafter, without disturbing the wind, meditate on the five wind yogas. Hold the arising of space wind, without sensation or awareness, gently and evenly. Hold the fire wind forcefully and briefly, puffing. Hold the water wind with teeth clenched, with a hissing sound. Hold the earth wind slightly stronger than the space wind, just barely perceptible. Then, meditate on the seat of the downward-clearing wind and the successively layered elements. At the navel, blue E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Literal Chinese meaning: E), clear space triangle. Above that, from Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) arises a black bow-shaped wind mandala. From Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) arises a red triangular fire mandala. From Vam (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam) arises a white circular water mandala. From Lam (Tibetan: ལཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: लं, Sanskrit Romanization: laṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Lam) arises a yellow square earth mandala, upon which is a green circular wisdom seat. Rahu. Sun. Moon. Time-mother circular. Touch corresponds with the elements. With the upper wind yoga, upon the seat of arising, arises a golden Ali Kali continuously. Upon Time-mother, focus on yellow Hram (Tibetan: ཧྲཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रां, Sanskrit Romanization: hrāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hram). When releasing the wind, visualize the letters rising upwards. Water wind, arises gray Ali Kali continuously. Upon the moon seat, white Hram (Tibetan: ཧྲཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रां, Sanskrit Romanization: hrāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hram) fire. Fire wind, arises red Ali Kali continuously. Upon the sun seat, red Hram (Tibetan: ཧྲཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रां, Sanskrit Romanization: hrāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hram) fire. Wind of wind, arises black Ali Kali continuously. Upon the wisdom seat, visualize blue Hram (Tibetan: ཧྲཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रां, Sanskrit Romanization: hrāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hram) fire. The way to look at the beginning of everything in common. Hold the wind between each grasping. Relax above and below. The seed syllables are all blue vajras. Black sword. Red jewel. White lotus. Yellow wheel. Instantly erect them all. Each deity is Kalachakra, or the father-mother deities are erected and supplicated. Wind viewing, lower part, lower body. Middle wind, waist. Middle body. Upper wind, face and eyes. Wind arises jewel, fire, water, earth elements. Thus, when raising the wind into the path, from the navel of the fire element deity, touch is hot. From the fire great bliss Hram (Tibetan: ཧྲཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रां, Sanskrit Romanization: hrāṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hram) arises, Ali Kali descends above and below, pervading the body. At this time, if accomplishing great deeds, the union of the four water winds is a pacifying action. Arise the water element deity.
