Like filling a reed stalk that has been blown through with the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). May all the power and strength of glorious Vajrapāṇi be bestowed as blessings. By the force of the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), it expands and becomes entirely the form of the syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). If the eyes are tired, close the eyes and in the mind's eye, meditate on a scene exactly like the one painted on the thangka. The posture is: called Kurmapāda. Because it is like the posture of a turtle, it is also called Turtle Foot. Meditating in this way, if there is no difference between the thangka and what is in the mind, then the object has been grasped. Furthermore, at one's navel, visualize a single white lotus with four petals. In the center of a lotus with eight various petals, there is a black Bhairava. Adorned with a garland of bone ornaments, standing in a dancing posture with both feet, contemplate the deity with five seals, whose rays blaze like the fire at the end of an eon. Awareness becomes wild, the body trembles, hairs stand on end, and external conceptualizations cease, as if unable to move. By meditating in this way, one will attain the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra in this very life. This is the yellow-bodied form among all Vajravarahis, the supreme instruction of Lekden Gakyil Drolshabma, a very profound teaching, and this is the special characteristic of Chaglo. (39) Instructions on Kurukulle: The instructions on Kurukulle are as follows: First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta, then visualize yourself as the deity. In the navel center, visualize the merit channel like a reclining female dog. Based on this, facing upwards, visualize the merit channel like an open erema flower. From this, in the heart center, visualize an eight-petaled lotus connected to the eight consciousnesses. In the center of the lotus, visualize the syllable HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), where the three channels, bindu, and wind converge, with the color of the rising sun. Recite the mantra a few rounds. Then, in front, visualize the body of the one to be subdued, also with three stacked channels and an eight-petaled lotus with HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) and eight short vowels (a-li). Visualize the same in your own heart center. For similar letters, take the long vowel as an example. When subduing someone, the complete splendor appears as a long vowel. Then, with the pride of the deity, recite forcefully: OM KURUKULLE HRIH SVAHA. After reciting forcefully, from the HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) in the heart center, emanate eight dakinis who attract, in the form of red bees, with the power of arrogance, emerging from the door of the right ear. Passing through the shaft of the lotus arrow, they enter the ear of the one to be subdued. Without deviating from the sequence, in a separated manner, they take the life force, essence, and quintessence of the vowel letters, rub them on the lotus mountain, and dry them. Returning through the previous path, they infuse life into the short vowels in your own heart center, visualizing the long vowel letters as expressive. At the end of the mantra recitation: That which has no beginning, middle, or end, no desire or nirvana, no self or other, is the supreme great bliss. Focus your mind on this meaning, and that is the key. The tummo of the all-pervading four chakras, combined with the completion stage of this deity, is adorned and displayed like a joyful dharma, and the supreme nectar of liberation flows naturally.
