Oṃ. The light of Hūṃ is the dying state; Hūṃ alone is the bardo; Hūṃ is the wrathful deity's birth state. Focus the mind on the illusory body. Recite Oṃ Vajrapāṇi Hūṃ. Practice divine pride. The completion stage has four blessings. Body, speech, and mind are that very nature. The body, Vairochana, enters the essence of Dharma. With the pride of being the main self, existence is formed, the navel is the manifestation wheel. Sixty-four branch channels, eight heart petals, sixteen throat petals. Thirty-two crown petals. The upper end of the dhūti is Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭), the lower end is Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओँ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). The thickness is about the size of a buckwheat stalk. The Oṃ at the navel enters the dhūti a little. Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुम्,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart, Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱ༔,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) at the throat, Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:杭) at the crown. Speech wind, Oṃ is life, Haṃ is effort, Aṃ is action wind. The touch of heat with the sound of Oṃ enters the dhūti upwards. It strikes the Haṃ at the crown. The hot path is heated. The wind from Haṃ, with a hissing sound and a cool touch, descends. It enters the dhūti downwards. It strikes the Aṃ at the navel, thinking of the cool touch. Recite A Haṃ a hundred times. The essence of mind is bindu. Think of Aṃ Haṃ melting like mustard seeds. The experience of bliss is like the wisdom of examples, in sequence: joy, supreme joy, joy beyond joy, innate joy. Crown, throat, heart, go to the navel. Below the navel, the bindu is about the size of a pea. Reverse the lower path and combine the stages. Focusing the mind on such a bindu is the blessing of the mind. That very nature is clear, non-conceptual, the stainless sky. From that, the power of emptiness meditation arises. Appearances are unceasing, experience is clear. The key to meditation is that if the wind element is strong, it is at the navel, in the morning. If the bile element is strong, it is at the crown, in the afternoon. If knowledge is wild, focus on non-conceptuality. If it is sinking, meditate by focusing the mind on bliss. Smoke, mirages, fireflies, burning lamps, cloudless skies appear. These are signs of accomplishing the supreme siddhi. Practice all the great wheel creation and completion. Combine the four joys, maturation, and liberation paths. The supreme instruction manual is clearly written. May it benefit fortunate beings. Extracted from an old red instruction manual. (37) Instructions on Fierce Heat Yoga. The instructions on Fierce Heat Yoga are: First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Then, conceive of yourself as Vajrapāṇi, who appears to tame sentient beings, and with pride, believe that you are removing the veil of habitual tendencies that obscure your own face, and recite: Oṃ Svabhāva Śuddhaḥ Sarvaḥ Svabhāva Śuddho'haṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་ཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅ཧཾ།,梵文天城体:ओँ स्वभावा शुद्धः सर्वः स्वभावा शुद्धोऽहं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ svabhāva śuddhaḥ sarvaḥ svabhāva śuddho'haṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,自性清净,一切,自性清净,我。).

Therefore, the self-appearance that is free from the duality of grasping and clinging, becoming like a cloudless sky, is the Vajrapani of the Dharma-nature meaning. In that state, on the lotus and sun disc, contemplate the wisdom syllable (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ) blazing like fire, which is the Vajrapani of symbolic expression. From that, light radiates, scattering the upper demonic planets, the lower demonic nagas, and the intermediate demonic obstructing spirits to the ten directions like bird feathers blown by the wind. From the complete transformation of the syllable (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ), arises a nine-pointed vajra made of meteoric iron, its roots firmly planted on the seat, its tip naturally pointing to the sky, marked in the center by the blazing fire of the generating source syllable (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ), which is the Vajrapani of symbolic substance. With its rays of light, from the supreme place of Malaya Mountain, invite the lord of all secret mantras and vidyas, the glorious Vajrapani appearing as the Buddha of the fruition lineage, surrounded by ninety million kotis of Vajradhara retinue, and in the instant of absorption, one's own self appears as the glorious Vajrapani of the path-stage noble being. It is the essence of the Dharmakaya, the form of the Sambhogakaya, the nature of the Nirmanakaya, possessing the appearance of a sixteen-year-old youth. The body color is dark blue, clear and bright as if the sky were covered with dust, the hair at the hairline spreading like red clouds, eyebrows and mustache curling upwards like sparks flying. The three eyes are red and round, baring fangs, with an expression of smile, wrath, and majesty. The right hand raises the vajra, the left hand holds the bell embracing the consort, adorned with snake ornaments, a tiger skin loincloth wrapped around the back. With the right leg bent and the left leg extended, in his lap is the consort Vajrakrodheshvari, blue-green in color, full of youth, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing from the father's neck, the left leg bent and the right leg extended, clinging to the father. Three eyes wide open, hair reddish-yellow falling downwards, wearing a crown of skulls and bone ornaments. Vajra and lotus united in union. Both are dwelling in the midst of blazing flames of wisdom, greatly expanding the clarity of appearance. Focusing the mind one-pointedly on the uninterrupted form of the deity, in one's own heart, visualize a syllable (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ), clear and radiant like a sapphire. From that, hundreds of (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ), thousands of (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ), ten thousands of (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ), hundreds of thousands of (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ), immeasurable numbers of (ཧཱུྃ, हूं,hūṃ, Hūṃ) expand, by the power of which, one's own body becomes increasingly subtle.
