为了稳固，从心间的法轮和头顶的种姓之主到喉间的“奥”字依次观想清晰。又从外向内依次观想，以与摄心相似的方式，努力直至出现特殊的明相。第四，对头顶的上师无量寿佛生起强烈的虔诚心，由此，其心间的ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字发出铁钩般的radiant光芒，遍布一切方向，将外器世界山川、日月等四大要素的精华、光泽、光彩、威严、能力全部，以及内情众生中的智者班智达、成就持明者、获得长寿成就的诸天和仙人等一切，还有天、龙、夜叉、乾闼婆、迦楼罗等非人大力者们，以及转轮王、各地区的诸侯等人类的统治者们，以及其他六道所摄的一切众生的寿命、福德、财富，以及光彩、权势全部，都凝聚成五彩光芒的形态，进入手中的宝瓶中。再次放射光芒，将居住在十方无量无边的刹土中的一切诸佛之王及其眷属弟子，特别是居住在极乐世界和功德无量等刹土中的怙主无量寿智的诸神众，以及居住在普陀山和檀香林等处的圣救度母及其眷属的心间击中，从而激发其心续。从与心无二别的智慧、慈悲、能力等功德以及不死长寿的一切成就，都以光芒的形态迎请，进入手中的宝瓶中。宝瓶中的甘露向上涌出，从瓶口向下缓缓流入，不洒不漏地从自己的头顶梵穴进入，充满整个身体。观想自己和所修之人的寿命、福德、智慧、财富、光彩、证悟等一切功德都得以增长，从而获得无死的寿命，不衰败的青春，恒常稳固、不被摧毁、不变的金刚身。保持身之要诀

For the sake of stability, visualize clearly, in sequence, from the wheel of the heart and the lineage lord of the crown to the 'Om' at the throat. Again, visualize in sequence from the outside inwards, striving until a special appearance arises, in a manner similar to mind-holding. Fourth, generate a strong devotion to the Guru Amitayus on the crown of the head. From the syllable HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) at his heart, radiant light like iron hooks emanates in all directions, gathering all the essence, clarity, luster, splendor, power, and strength of the outer world of mountains, islands, sun, moon, and the four elements, as well as all the wise panditas, accomplished vidyadharas, gods and sages who have attained the siddhi of longevity among sentient beings. Also gathered are the powerful non-humans such as gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, garudas, as well as the universal monarchs, the rulers of various regions, and all sentient beings included within the six realms. All their life, merit, wealth, splendor, and power are gathered in the form of five-colored light and enter the vase in the hand. Again, light radiates, inviting all the victorious ones, the kings of the Buddhas, together with their sons and disciples, who reside in the infinite realms of the ten directions. In particular, the protector Amitayus and the assembly of deities of limitless life and wisdom, who reside in the Sukhavati realm and other immeasurable realms, as well as the noble Tara and her retinue, who reside on Mount Potala and in the sandalwood forest, are struck at their hearts, stimulating their heart streams. All the qualities of wisdom, love, and power, inseparable from their hearts, and all the siddhis of immortal life, are invited in the form of light and enter the vase in the hand. That nectar surges upwards and flows down from the mouth of the vase, entering through the Brahma aperture at the crown of one's head without spilling or leaking, filling the entire body. Contemplate that all the qualities of life, merit, wisdom, wealth, splendor, realization, and attainment of oneself and those to be accomplished are increased, thereby obtaining deathless life, unfailing youth, and an immutable vajra body that is eternal, stable, indestructible, and unchanging. Maintain the key points of the body.

Bend the ring finger and little finger into the palm and press them down with the thumb, forming the half-vajra mudra. Block the right nostril and exhale from the left nostril with a breath that is thin at the beginning and end, and thick in the middle. Then block the left nostril and exhale from the right nostril in the same way. Then exhale from both nostrils simultaneously. Then, slightly inhale the lower air as if listening to a sound. Completely inhale the upper air as if the earth is absorbing essence, and press a mouthful of air down below the navel along with the act of swallowing. Again, completely inhale the lower air and hold it in the manner of union. If you cannot hold it, exhale slowly. Again, hold the breath while clearly visualizing the upper and lower aspects. In this way, combine the vase breathing from three to twenty-one times with visualization, and hold the breath as much as possible. Fifth: From the wheel of the heart, along with the mantra garland, flows a stream of the sweet nectar of immortality, and countless white rays of light emitting the sound of mantras. From the soles of your feet to the crown of your head, your body is filled with light, thereby purifying all illnesses, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations, and especially the cause of untimely death, which is killing in past lives, and the cause of short life, which is stealing the means of livelihood of others, and all other evil deeds. Obtain immortality and achieve the accomplishment of long life. Visualize that all the pores of your skin are blocked by dewdrops of nectar, sparkling like a pearl necklace or a string of stars, and recite the mantra corresponding to the activity of increase, or if not available, reciting just "Bo De Tse" is sufficient, as it is the uncontroversial view of the lineage. In this way, hold a mala, confidently reciting one hundred and eight times. Recite "Om Rutsi Ra Mani Prawar Dhana Ye Svaha" as appropriate, visualizing that the thumb of the left hand is hooking accomplishments like an iron hook, and count on the middle finger. Abandon the eight faults such as being too fast, and without letting the mind wander elsewhere, recite the mantra as much as possible, from one hundred and eight to one thousand times. The mantra to be recited is a ten-syllable mantra with a suffix. When performing recitations like the rituals of accomplishment, replace "Mama" with "Guru" and "Dana Pati," etc.
