To say that one must use the Chinese transliteration of the real name is just frivolous talk. The so-called "dkyus kyi ma ma" (Tibetan) is when a name is given a case ending to form a word. For example, using "my" as an example, it becomes like "of the lama" and "of the benefactor," which must be uttered with case endings, which would lead to the fault that those who have not studied grammar are not allowed to practice. There is no need to say much, but keep the above-mentioned object of visualization uninterrupted, and know that the nature of both one's own mind and the mind of the object of practice become one in transcendence of thought and inexpressibility, and repeatedly abide in non-attachment, which will accomplish the meaning, because it is the nectar of the words of the lineage lamas that has not been contaminated by the poison of evil thoughts, so have faith. The third, the concluding sequence, is: With the above-mentioned visualization, make offerings and praises, and pray for the desired meaning. Recite three times each "dbyangs gsal" (Tibetan), "rten 'brel snying po" (Tibetan), and the "Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra." Think that the blessings of meditation and recitation are strengthened. With the above-mentioned visualization, make offerings and praises. Then, from the Tāṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,Tām,seed syllable) syllable in the heart, rays of light emanate, striking all vessels and contents, causing them to dissolve into light and merge into the womb of light. It becomes green, then blue, then red, then yellow, then white, then enters the womb of cyclic existence and nirvana. That is oneself. Oneself also gradually dissolves into light from top to bottom, merging into the wheel of mantra garlands in the heart. It merges into the Tāṃ (藏文,梵文天城体,Tām,seed syllable) syllable, its hollow shell merges into the head, it merges into the moon, it merges into the bindu, it merges into the nada. Also, visualize it becoming invisible and abide in non-attachment. Again, from that emptiness, like a fish leaping from the water, arise as the body of the deity and protect with the three syllables in the three places. By this virtue, may I quickly accomplish the wish-fulfilling wheel. Etc., with this dedication and auspicious prayer, and at all times and places, know that the three, appearance, sound, and awareness, are the nature of the three secrets of the supreme lady, and make offerings to the Three Jewels, serve the lamas and sangha, make tsatsas, give tormas, prostrate and circumambulate, read scriptures, redeem the lives of beings destined to be killed, give food, drink, utensils, etc., necessities of life, in short, practice actions in accordance with the Dharma.

From then on, let the time pass. They have completely explained the uncommon profound instructions of the venerable Mother Wish-Fulfilling Wheel in a way that is both extensive and concise. Again, it is said: This is what is taught to beings, it is the example of the wise and accomplished who speak of that (instruction), not the lineage of ordinary families that come in order. The unerring instruction is the nourishment for sentient beings to live long, not the stories and legends of wasting one's life. Therefore, like a lotus, from the playful elegance of believing in and understanding Tara, like the essence of honey, it is the supreme uncommon oral transmission worthy of reliance. Like a second eye, I have completely accepted it with my own intention, and because I am afraid to speak, I have transmitted it as it is, and I have propagated it with tireless diligence. The meaning of the words is like the scriptures, with many sounds. However, the innate bumblebee of my mind, in the uncollected image vase, has increased its power due to the deep habitual tendencies of the long-standing samsara of afflictions, and has uttered spontaneous, repetitive sounds, and if there are contradictions and irrelevancies, and faults such as repetition, I confess with regret in the presence of the wise. By the virtue of this effort, may all tangible things emerge from churning the ocean of the two accumulations, and may we attain the rare and precious wish-fulfilling power of the victorious state, the nature of the four bodies, possessing indescribable majesty, and may the sharp light of the marks and signs shine in all directions, becoming the adornment of the peak of faith, respect, and joy of beings! Thus, the uncommon profound instructions of the venerable Mother Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the text called "The Oral Transmission of Deden Gonpo, the Ambrosia of Longevity," was written based on the golden diadem of the command of the venerable master, the all-knowing great Pandit Khyentse, falling on the crown of my head. By prostrating with the supreme limb to the lotus feet of the venerable master, the great compassionate one, the wandering mendicant Ngawang Lekdrup, at the source of many precious qualities, the glorious Evam Choden, on the first day of the white side of the Dawa month (Tibetan December) of the fierce year, may all beings be victorious from the battlefield of grasping and death by this virtue! Bijayantu! Sarvada Kalyanam Bhavatu! May there be auspiciousness at all times! The teaching method of White Tara's longevity guidance - the auspicious ear ornament - is completed. Om Svasti!
