Offering, taking vows are the three aspects. The first is, visualizing oneself emanates into bodies equal to the number of dust particles in the field, and prostrates. Joining palms, recite "Namo Guru Bhyaḥ" (藏文,梵文天城体:नमोगुरुभ्यः,梵文罗马拟音:namo gurubhyaḥ,汉语字面意思:顶礼上师), thereby paying homage to the Lama, and "Nama Arya Tara" (藏文,梵文天城体:नम आर्यातारा,梵文罗马拟音:nama āryatāra,汉语字面意思:顶礼圣度母) and other Yidams with their retinues. The second is, from one's heart, rays of light emanate, and from the tip of the light, offering goddesses in their prime, adorned with silk and precious jewels, are emanated in multitude. Among them, the white goddess holds a conch filled with pure water of eight qualities and white flowers, offering it to the feet of all the assembly fields; the red goddess holds a conch filled with water scented with fragrant substances like pills and perfume bottles, cooling the feet; again, the white goddess holds a Zamatog filled with various wonderful and fragrant flowers born from land and water, scattering them on the heads; the smoky goddess holds fragrant incense sticks mixed with Sahaja incense and incense burners, offering them to the nostrils; the reddish-white goddess holds mandalas of the sun and moon, fire mirrors, precious jewels, and the light of candle stands, making even the sun and moon appear dim, displaying various kinds of illuminating objects before the eyes; the green goddess holds a conch filled with water infused with various cooling medicines like camphor, sandalwood, and saffron, applying it to the heart and scattering it on the body with a sprinkler; the red goddess holds a precious tray filled with the nine delicious foods of gods and humans, offering it to the tongues; the blue goddess plays various kinds of melodious instruments like celestial cymbals, lutes, flutes, waist drums, clay drums, and round drums, pleasing the minds of all the assembly fields with uncontaminated bliss. Visualize these scenes, and with their respective mudras, recite from "Om Guru Arya Tare Saparivara Argham" to "Shabda Ah Hum" (藏文:ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱརྻ་ཏཱ་རེ་ས་པཱ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨཱརྒྷཾ་ནས། ཤབྡ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བར་བརྗོད།). Visualize all the goddesses gathering back and dissolving into the seed syllable in one's heart. The third is taking vows, joining the vajra palms and placing them at the heart, remembering the meaning in mind, recite the continuous confession from Gur three times. That is, to the Three Jewels, I...

"Prostration" indicates the power of relying on the object, which is the field of merit. "I confess all sins separately" indicates generating strong remorse for past sins, truly showing the power of refuting them. Furthermore, it is making a firm resolution not to commit evil even if it costs one's life, and constantly applying the power of the antidote. Having done so, one is certain that even if the sins and obscurations are great, they will be purified. These two powers are naturally shown from the branch of confessing sins. "Rejoicing in the merits of beings" indicates rejoicing in all the merits encompassed by the three times of samsara and nirvana, without jealousy, which is the branch of rejoicing. "Holding the Buddha's enlightenment in mind" indicates that the ultimate bodhicitta, which all Buddhas rely on, the essence of emptiness and compassion, I will also cultivate. This is the branch of holding the ultimate bodhicitta. "Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Sangha" and other two lines are the branch of taking refuge. "Self and other's benefit" and other two lines are the aspiration bodhicitta. "Supreme Bodhi" and other three lines show the branch of engaging bodhicitta, as explained above. "May I attain Buddhahood for the benefit of beings" indicates that by the merit of doing so, may all sentient beings, for the sake of benefit, attain the state of Buddhahood. This shows the branches of dedication. After doing so, visualize the field of merit dissolving into light and merging into oneself with joy. Second, accumulating merit by relying on an impure object, which is focusing on limitless sentient beings pervading the sky, cultivating a limitless mind, not falling into any faction or partiality, hence it is called limitless. The temporary result is the Brahma of the form realm, and the ultimate result is the Buddha, also referred to by the name of Brahma, because it is obtained by cultivating this, hence it is called the abode of Brahma. The method of cultivation is: making all sentient beings the object of thought, thinking: how wonderful it would be if they all had happiness and the cause of happiness, the fortune to practice the ten virtues! This is connected with desire. I will make them have these, this is connected with making a vow. May they all be like that, this is connected with making an aspiration. May they all be accomplished like that, may the Guru and the Three Jewels know.
