从何所作而来呢？此白度母的修法仪轨也由此而来。据说此中的诀窍是度母亲自赐予这位学者的。后来，争论时期的遍知上师多吉丹巴听闻了此法，并创作了许多修法仪轨。之后，慈悲之主、圣观世音菩萨的化身、具有大悲心的上师瓦日译师仁钦扎巴听闻了此法，并将许多修法仪轨翻译成藏文。之后，上师列纳巴听闻了此法，修行了六年，亲见了度母，获得了法之甘露。有些历史记载说，他还从坚赞仁波切那里听闻了从觉沃杰传下来的诀窍。之后，善知识哲巴仁波切听闻了此法。据说，他最初在闻思的时候，给一位自称是拉堆达日巴的瑜伽士看手相，那人说：“觉沃僧人，你有一种纯正的佛法因缘，但是寿命不长，恐怕活不过三年。”加上他自己以前经常做噩梦，两件事凑在一起，他对今生感到非常厌倦，心想：无论能活一年还是多久，都要把剩下的时间用来真正地修行佛法。因此，他想首先寻找一位能传授特殊窍诀的善知识，于是中断了闻思，前往卫地。在去卫地的路上，他在吉雪卡贡遇到了上师列纳巴，并向他讲述了自己的情况。上师列纳巴说：“我有一种特别的方法可以消除你修行菩提道的障碍，你放心吧。”于是将此法的修法仪轨和诀窍全部传授给他，并说：“你不要去其他地方，就在这里住下来修行吧。”于是他在那个地方的山沟里，一个叫卡隆的地方专心致志地修行，十一个月后，圣母现身对他说：“你能活到六十岁左右，会对众生有利益。”后来，在他六十岁的时候，他向圣母祈祷，圣母说：“造一尊我的像，你还能活十年左右。”于是他让人画了一幅唐卡。在他七十岁的时候，他再次祈祷。

From what action did this arise? This White Tara practice method also arose from that. It is said that Tara herself directly bestowed these instructions to the master. Later, the omniscient Lama Dorje Denpa of the time of disputes heard this and composed many sadhanas. Then, the Lord of Compassion, the emanation of the noble Avalokiteśvara, Lama Bari Lotsawa Rinchen Drak, who possessed great compassion, heard this. He translated many sadhanas into Tibetan. Then, Lama Le Nagpa heard this. He practiced for six years and directly saw Tara, receiving the nectar of Dharma. Some histories say that he also heard the instructions passed down from Jowoje from Chennga Rinpoche. Then, the virtuous friend Drepa Rinpoche heard this. It is said that when he was first studying and contemplating, he showed his palm to a yogi who claimed to be Latö Takriwa. That person said, "Jowo monk, you have a genuine connection to the Dharma, but you don't have much time left. I'm afraid you won't live more than three years." In addition, he himself had been having bad dreams frequently, so the two things combined, and he became very weary of this life. He thought, "Whether I can live for a year or however long, I must use the remaining time to truly practice the Dharma." Therefore, he thought that he must first find a virtuous friend who could teach special instructions, so he interrupted his studies and went to Ü. On the way to Ü, he met Lama Le Nagpa at Gyushikhar Gong and told him his story. Lama Le Nagpa said, "I have a special method to eliminate obstacles on the path to practicing Bodhi, so you can rest assured." Then he gave him the complete sadhana and instructions for this practice, and said, "Now, don't go anywhere else, just stay here and meditate." So he practiced single-mindedly in a ravine in that area, in a place called Kharlung. After eleven months, the Holy Mother appeared to him and said, "You will live to be about sixty years old and will benefit sentient beings." Later, when he was sixty years old, he prayed to the Holy Mother, and the Holy Mother said, "Make an image of me, and you will live for about ten more years." So he had a thangka painted. When he was seventy years old, he prayed again.
