以供品供养，以从轮回中解脱等赞颂，祈求愿望实现。念诵一百字明咒三遍，弥补不足，祈求宽恕未及之处等过失。嗡，您等，班杂 穆（藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚 穆）。智慧尊者返回，誓言者融入自身。以此善行，迅速将我等回向发愿，以伟大之最胜等吉祥之语，如雨般散布鲜花，事业之迹象不显现。若行百次等，首先对此，保持原样。从第二次开始，涂香于坛城地基，在祈请赞颂两遍之后，将此特殊的祈请连接，则无需日常忏悔。念诵、传承、咒语各三次。其他如常进行是为惯例。如是，圣度母如意轮之，不共随许之方式，以不死成就之甘露，令一切有情众生，寿命与智慧莲花盛开。如是，明白记载了白度母不共六光芒结合之随许方式。此乃蒋扬钦哲旺波所著之共同随许仪轨，以口耳传承之记录装饰，依止诸位上师之行持方式，不违背词句之增补方式而加以修饰，易于修持。安住于遍主金刚萨埵自性之堪钦一切智者慈悲贡噶丹增，续部海之自在金刚持仁钦洛色丹炯，蒋衮上师慈悲昂旺丹增年扎，甚深广大窍诀之宝藏金刚持大德昂旺列珠等处，获得了此仪轨之各种恩德。此外，也从确证一切智者噶玛昂旺云丹嘉措，以及杰尊上师衮却丹巴饶杰等处，听闻了许多白度母之法，游历各地的瑜伽士蒋扬钦哲旺波所著之善业，愿甚深秘密口耳传承之教法，于无量劫中兴盛住世。此版本珍贵，需对恰律不共传承持有者之外的人严格保密。

Offerings are made with offerings, praises are offered with liberation from samsara, and wishes are prayed for. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times to make up for deficiencies, and pray for forgiveness for shortcomings such as incompleteness. Om, you, etc., Vajra Muḥ (藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：वज्र मु，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：Diamond Mu). The wisdom beings depart, and the samaya beings dissolve into themselves. With this virtue, may I and others quickly dedicate and aspire, and with auspicious words such as the Great Supreme, may flowers be scattered like rain, and may the traces of actions not be visible. If doing a hundred recitations, etc., first, leave this as it is. From the second time onwards, anoint the mandala ground with incense, and after two rounds of supplication and praise, connect this special supplication, then there is no need for daily confession. Recite the mantra, transmission, and dharani three times each. Otherwise, performing as usual is the practice. Thus, the uncommon empowerment of the Noble Mother Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, may all sentient beings, with the nectar of immortal accomplishment, cause the lotus of life and wisdom to bloom. Thus, this clearly records the uncommon empowerment of White Tara with the union of six rays. This is the common empowerment text composed by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, adorned with the records of oral transmissions, based on the practices of the venerable lamas, embellished without contradicting the way of expanding the words, easy to practice. Residing in the nature of the all-pervading Vajrasattva, the Khenchen Omniscient Jampa Kunga Tenzin, the master of the ocean of tantras, Vajradhara Rinchen Lobsang Tenzin Kyong, Jamgon Lama Jampa Ngawang Tenzin Nyendrak, the great Vajra Holder Ngawang Lekdrup, the treasure of profound and vast instructions, have received various kindnesses of this method. In addition, I have also heard many teachings of White Tara from the certain Omniscient Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso, and Jetsun Lama Konchok Tenpa Rabgye, etc. May the virtue of the wandering renunciate Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, who wanders through the kingdoms, cause the teachings of the profound secret oral transmission to flourish and abide for countless eons. This copy is precious and must be kept strictly confidential from anyone other than the holders of the uncommon transmission of Char.
