These are the preliminaries to the empowerment. Practice with a supple and joyful faith. Again, visualize white Om (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) at the crown of your heads, red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) at your throats, and blue Hung (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hung) at your hearts. Generate a strong devotion and longing for the Guru. Due to the rays of light emanating from the hearts of the Guru and the visualized deity in front, illuminating all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, especially invoking the heart essence of the Bhagavati Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, all the blessings of body, speech, and mind descend from their three places (body, speech, and mind), like a white eight-spoked wheel of the nature of the moon, with seed syllables at the center, proclaiming the sound of mantra, raining down the nectar of immortality, filling the sky. Simultaneously, countless similar wheels emanate from the visualized deity in front and the Guru, entering through the Brahma's aperture at the crown of your heads, the pores of your skin, and the gates of your senses, gently dissolving into the heart wheel. From there, countless streams of immortal nectar flow down, filling the entire body with the stream of immortal wisdom nectar. All fears of untimely death, along with their imprints, are completely purified. May all life, merit, wisdom, qualities, and so forth, increase and expand from higher to higher. Please maintain steadfast faith. Recite many times: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ तारे तुत्तारे तुरे स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ tāre tuttāre ture svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om Tare Tuttare Ture Svaha). A Beshaya A Ah Ja Hung Bam Hoh (藏文：ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱཿ ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ，梵文罗马拟音：ā be śa ya a āḥ jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：A Beshaya A Ah Ja Hung Bam Hoh). Offer incense and play music. Again, from the Tam (藏文：ཏཱྃ) syllable at the heart of the Guru, rays of light emanate, inviting the deities of empowerment, the venerable Tara, and all the deities who protect from the eight fears, into the sky in front. Recite Om Vajra Samaja (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र समाज，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samājaḥ，汉语字面意思：Om Vajra Samaja) to invite the deities of the sky. For the sake of accomplishing the four activities, please repeat this supplication: "May all the Tathagatas grant me empowerment." After reciting the supplication, the deities of empowerment and the Guru together hold a vase filled with the nectar of immortal wisdom and place it on the crown of your heads, as at the time of birth... grant the empowerment.
