The speech of words. Whatever one does, such as thoughts of the mind, is inseparable from the recognition of the nature of the mind, it is equality. Introducing it in this way is the seventh part of the introduction. The eighth is, even when the mind abides, to leave it uncorrected and without fabrication, and even when the mind moves, without specifically preventing the movement, just recognize the nature of the movement, and leave it without fabrication. In that way, whether eating, speaking, walking, sitting, or lying down, leave it uncorrected and without fabrication. For example, when one goes to the Isle of Jewels, just as one cannot find a stone except for jewels, all actions of the body, speech of the mouth, thoughts of the mind, etc., become solely meditation. Introducing it in this way is the eighth part of the introduction. Limb of the path. In removing obstacles and increasing merit, there is removing obstacles and increasing merit. First, there is removing sinking, removing excitement, and removing the obstacle of continuous conceptual thought. The first is to visualize one's navel as a white, radiant bindu, gradually rising upwards, finally exiting from the crown of the head. Think that the expanse of the sky is getting higher and higher, look upwards with the eyes, and focus the consciousness. Then gradually descend downwards, and finally think of reaching the navel. By doing that repeatedly, the obstacle of sinking will be removed. The second is to visualize the bindu at one's navel radiating black light, going far away from the anus. Think that the place far under the ground is pitch black, also lower the gaze of the eyes, and relax the mind. Then the bindu returns again, think of reaching the navel, and by doing that repeatedly, the obstacle of excitement will be removed. The third is to visualize countless storms coming out of the nine apertures of one's body, and think that the outside of the body is all covered with storms and dust, and finally think that the dust storms are scattered in various directions. By meditating in that way many times, the continuous arising of conceptual thoughts will be pacified. Second, on increasing merit, of increasing the three, bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, the first, increasing the merit of non-conceptuality, is to adjust the posture of the body in a solitary place, and after this conceptual thought, one should remember this. Thinking in the mind

First, remember it about ten times, and then relax into non-conceptualization. Also, when sitting in the midst of many people, think, "After this thought, I will remember this," and remember it about ten times as before, and finally rest in non-conceptualization. By doing this often, non-conceptualization will be enhanced. Second, enhancing clarity: Go to a high place such as a mountaintop or an empty house, and focus the mind on various appearances of objects. For example, focus the mind slightly on the top of a mountain, then focus the mind briefly on the waist of the mountain, then focus the mind briefly on a green space at the foot of the mountain, and so on. By focusing the mind briefly on various objects, the mind will gain clarity. Third, enhancing bliss: Visualize a white Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the crown of your head, and visualize a red Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at your secret place. Then visualize the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) on the crown of your head descending, and the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) at your secret place rising up. Visualize the two meeting and colliding fiercely at the level of your heart. Then, with faith, visualize the white and red Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃs) merging into one another, and visualize your body and mind being filled with bliss. By doing this many times, bliss will be enhanced. Third, the instructions on Tummo, which has two parts: preliminaries and the main practice. The first part includes guru yoga, training the channels, and blessing the channels. First, in the space in front of you, visualize the root guru in the form of a yidam, or in the form of Vajradhara, with Vajravarahi at his heart, holding a curved knife in her right hand, holding a skull cup in her left hand, carrying a khatvanga in her armpit, with her right leg extended trampling on time and her left leg bent pressing down on Yamantaka. With devotion and intense supplication, finally the guru dissolves into light, and Vajravarahi also enters from the brow or crown, and visualize dissolving into the Tummo at your navel. The second part includes purifying the channels with wind, purifying the channels with channels, and purifying the channels with bindus. The first is: Hold the breath gently, and in your mind focus on the moment of holding the breath. Visualize that the body becomes empty, and then the air fills the body, and the body becomes more and more swollen, and finally becomes very swollen. When exhaling,
