Like this, those who have the body mandala (Sanskrit: kaya-mandala) should meditate as it appears in their respective texts. If not, then the common body mandala is: placing the six lineages of consorts, etc., in the six places such as the crown chakra; the eyes are Ksitigarbha; the ears are Vajrapani; the nose is Akashagarbha; the tongue is Lokeshvara; the body is Nivaranaviskambhin; the joints are Samantabhadra; the veins are Maitreya. These and the six deities such as Kaya Vajra Mother, and the ten wrathful deities, father and mother, in the ten major joints, are arranged and the number of mantras of the deity is recited, which is the intermediate recitation. The third is, to visualize the complete mandala wheel and recite the complete number, which is the great recitation. The linguistic necessity of the small, medium, and large recitations is only to prevent obstacles in the path of meditation, and to bless the continuum, but not to accomplish the clear appearance. The second is mind-focus, which is the union of realization yoga and mindfulness. The first is to learn to appear as the deity, to learn pride, and to enhance both with emptiness. The first is divided into two types: session and between sessions. The first is: first, focus the mind on the body of the main deity, place a painted or sculpted image of the Buddha in front of you, look at it repeatedly, and visualize yourself as the main deity. In the session break, do not do other things such as downward-moving air, but only visualize the appearance of the deity's body. Meditate in this way until you have not obtained the clear appearance. If you have obtained the clear appearance, then visualize the complete mandala wheel in order to obtain the clear appearance. If you also obtain the clear appearance, then visualize any external object as the body of the deity in order to obtain the clear appearance. Then, all the vessel worlds

Generating pride is the first aim. Then, visualizing oneself clearly as the deity's form, one's eyes are the eyes of Chakrasamvara, one's face is the face of Chakrasamvara, similarly, one's body is the body of Chakrasamvara, one's speech is the speech of Chakrasamvara, and one's mind is the mind of Chakrasamvara, contemplating in this way is the second. Then, in the world realm, the body benefits sentient beings by taming them in various forms, the speech teaches the Dharma in accordance with the thoughts of each sentient being with all kinds of sounds and melodies, and the mind knows all knowable things, etc. In short, all the secrets of body, speech, and mind are the manifestations of the body, speech, and mind of the all-pervading Chakrasamvara, one should generate such pride. The third is the increase of emptiness: this deity form, in which oneself is clearly visualized as glorious Chakrasamvara, has not come from anywhere, will not go anywhere, and there is no reason for it to be like this now. Its nature is free from all elaborations. Manifestation also does not cease, but it is like an illusion in which manifestation has no inherent existence. Contemplate in this way. The pride of the deity is also contemplated as emptiness, that is, the clinging to pride, for the unceasing manifestation, contemplate as being like an illusion, free from all elaborations of inherent existence. Secondly, in one-pointed mindfulness, there is contemplation on the upper tip of the nose, contemplation on the tip of the nose in the heart, and contemplation on the lower tip of the nose. The first is, in the stage of realization yoga, if a coarse deity form obtains clarity, one should visualize oneself as the main deity of the mandala, and the retinue deities should also be merely visualized. In the tip of the nose where oneself is clearly visualized as the main deity, visualize a small pea-sized drop, the color of which is the same as the deity's color, and focus the mind on it. When clarity is obtained on it, the retinue deities should also be merely visualized. In the tip of the nose where oneself is clearly visualized as the main deity, visualize a small pea-sized drop, the color of which is the same as the deity's color, and focus the mind on it. When clarity is obtained on it, visualize a drop of the same color as each deity in the respective places of the retinue deities, and focus the mind on both the drop on the tip of the nose and those two drops. When clarity is obtained on both of those, visualize khaṃ (藏文:ཁང,梵文天城体:खं,梵文罗马拟音:khaṃ,汉语字面意思:空) in the drop on the tip of the nose, drops equal to the number of deities, and visualize them in accordance with the colors of each deity.
