mandala, and below it the wind mandala, and below it from the formless realm of another world to the wind mandala, and below it again from the formless realm of another world to the wind mandala, directing consciousness and so on, after doing many things, contemplate the Thus-gone One, the Lord of Ashes, residing freely, and focus on it slightly. Again, interrupting distractions and practicing is the fifth object of focus. Furthermore, do the act of sending a messenger of mind, contemplating that you are right here, contemplating another self going to a distant place. When it reaches a slightly distant place, contemplate that it looks back, and from here also looks to the distant place. Those two gradually cross the mountains and reach a distant place, then again contemplate looking to the distant place from here, and looking to here from the distant place, this is the sixth object of focus. Furthermore, in a place like below oneself, contemplate a small lake. That gradually becomes larger, and the power becomes higher and higher, and finally contemplate that one's upper side and all directions are surrounded by water, and oneself dwells in the center of it, this is the seventh object of focus. Furthermore, in front of oneself, in a similar direction, whichever direction it may be, place a lamp as an object of focus. Sometimes look at it slightly, and at other times contemplate an unmoving lamp with the mind, focusing on it is the eighth object of focus. Furthermore, focusing on nine violently shaking lamps in one's secret place is the ninth object of focus. Furthermore, direct one's mind to any object that distracts one. If the mind is distracted by other things, cut off the distraction to it, and again place the mind on the previous object of focus, this is the tenth object of focus. Furthermore, if the mind is focused on something one likes, and is distracted by other conceptual thoughts, then again place the mind on the thing one likes, this is the eleventh object of focus. Furthermore, the body posture is to stretch the legs forward with the feet together, grasp the two anal openings with the left and right hands respectively, and focus on the light radiating from the soles of the feet directly below them, or insert a wooden stick of suitable thickness into the anal opening. Slightly grasp the left and right toes with the hands, and place the mind on the tactile sensation of the wood touching, this is focusing on the seat cushion, which is the twelfth object of focus. Furthermore, a base like paper or cloth

In the center of that blue, draw a tree or a mountain. At the base of that tree, draw a human figure and place it as an object of contemplation. The base color is blue. Then there is the young grass. In its center, visualize yourself revolving around a mountain or a tree, which is the thirteenth contemplation. Furthermore, erect a tree on your crown and focus on its tangible point, a radiant jewel, which is focusing on the crown jewel, the fourteenth contemplation. If placing a tree on the crown is uncomfortable, place your two hands together in prayer position on your crown. Alternatively, place your two hands in fists on your thighs. Raise your upper body and the back of your neck, face upwards, with your eyes looking at the sky. Meditate on a sphere of light in the center of your body, of whatever color is comfortable. Then, visualize it moving upwards from the center of your body, exiting from the crown, and dissolving into the vast sky, which is the sixteenth contemplation. Regarding the oral instructions for dispelling obstacles, first identify any obstacles that are dependent on the channels, winds, and bindus. Attribute cold diseases to arising from the function of the navel chakra. First, while maintaining the intermediate wind, clear out the waste air, then inhale and tighten the lower wind, holding the two winds in conjunction. Rotate the navel chakra three times to the left and right, pull it upwards, press it downwards, draw the abdomen tightly against the spine towards the back, and then expand the abdomen outwards. As you exhale, visualize any discomfort, such as cold diseases, exiting from both the nostrils and the lower orifice in the form of rainbow light. While holding the air outwards, perform the force of emptiness from within, rotating to the left and right, pulling and pressing upwards and downwards, and moving forwards and backwards. Since hot diseases such as blood arise in the upper part of the body, to eliminate these, first hold the intermediate wind. Then inhale and hold in conjunction. Direct it to the upper abdomen, and then rotate the upper abdomen and chest to the left and right, pull and press upwards and downwards, and move forwards and backwards. As you exhale, visualize the disease exiting from both the nostrils and the lower orifice in the form of a rainbow. Wind
