Practicing, then going to cemeteries, markets, and places haunted by demons and spirits, pretending to be crazy. There, all good and bad circumstances, such as the illusions of demons and spirits and the praise and slander of people, are sent into the realm of non-conceptualization with the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Hūṃ). Secondly, in the tradition of Virupa, there are also the practices for beginners, mixing adversity in one's own home, and finally wandering in cemeteries and so on, like the previous three. In the first, there are two: cultivating compassion and cultivating emptiness. The first is: all sentient beings are kind parents. Thinking that the harm caused by these parents happens to me is also because I take it without knowing due to the transmigration of birth and death, and then cultivating compassion intensely, this is the first session; then, just as I desire happiness, sentient beings also desire happiness; just as I do not want suffering, sentient beings also do not want suffering. In this way, may all sentient beings, as vast as the sky, have happiness and the cause of happiness, and may they be free from suffering and the cause of suffering, this is the second session; then, sentient beings are disturbed by afflictions and accumulate karma, therefore they wander in samsara and experience suffering, thinking of this, it is truly pitiful, this is the third session; then, from the ultimate truth, sentient beings are not truly established, and the suffering they experience is not truly established either, their nature is emptiness, but they do not understand this and experience suffering, thinking of these sentient beings, it is truly pitiful, this is the fourth session. Secondly, all appearances are one's own mind, and there is nothing that exists apart from the mind, this is the first session; then, the essence of the mind is also not established, it is free from all grasping, and it rests in the state of emptiness. Then, from the state of emptiness, all appearances are transformed into deity forms, that is, cultivating pure appearances from the state of emptiness, or cultivating impure appearances from the state of emptiness, when appearances arise, cutting one's own body into hundreds of thousands of pieces, making offerings to all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, pleasing them, and satisfying the minds of the six realms of beings

Think of being satisfied by having enjoyment. In particular, also wish that the assembly of obstructing demons who lead astray are satisfied by offerings of flesh and blood. Finally, mix their minds and your own mind into emptiness, and rest in equality. Once you have become somewhat accustomed to these, deliberately bring about causes such as heat and cold in your own home, and turn emptiness and compassion into the path. Then, once you are accustomed to mixing with various causes in your own home, go to cemeteries, marketplaces, and all the places of ghosts and demons, and mix with all good and bad causes. Regarding the instructions for mind-holding, in general, this instruction with the six transmissions has about five hundred categories of mind-holding, but here, about sixteen are explained in brief. First, for a few days, adjust the posture of your body to be comfortable, abandon all activities, and stay without meditating on anything. Then, at a time when the mind is clear, such as at dawn, imagine your own body as a mountain, and gradually focus your mind on the mountain's ravines, the trees growing on it, and the way the water flows, and so on. Again, interrupt and meditate, this is the first object of focus. Then, just in front of your navel, imagine a pleasant green sprout. On one side of it, imagine a tree with leafy branches swaying, and focus your mind on it, again interrupting and meditating, this is the second object of focus. Then, just in front of your heart, in the center of the earth, imagine a very clear lake, shimmering with rippling water, and hold your mind there, again interrupting and meditating, this is the third object of focus. Then, above your head, imagine the sky, and above that, the Four Great Kings, above that, the Thirty-two Devas, above that, the Form Realm, above that, the Formless Realm, and above that, from the wind mandala of another world system to the Formless Realm, and above that, again, from the wind mandala of another world system to the Formless Realm, focus your mind, and so on, going through many. Imagine the Tathagata Amitayus residing there, and focus your awareness there, again interrupting and meditating repeatedly, this is the fourth object of focus. Then, below you, imagine the earth mandala, and the places of hell in sequence, and the waters.
