If it belongs to the syllable Ga, then visualize it at the navel chakra; if it belongs to Karma, then visualize it at the secret place; if it belongs to Padma, then visualize it at the throat; if it belongs to Vairochana, then visualize it at the crown chakra. That is, in the center of the palace of lotus in one's own body's chakra, visualize the deity of Yidam. If the visualization is clear, then also visualize the seed syllable and mantra garland in the heart of the deity, and focus on them. Recite the mantra with the knowledge of appearance and emptiness being like illusion. At the end of the session, offer immeasurable offerings that are created by the mind, and make supplications. During the breaks, when eating food, also consider it as offering to the Yidam. This way of visualizing the deity, because it is visualized in one's own body's chakras, is a yoga that is very much in accordance with the Completion Stage. In the instructions for visualizing the Lama, there are two types: outer practice and inner practice. First, the outer practice is further divided into outer, inner, and secret. The first is: visualize the Lama in front of oneself. Visualize in the heart of the Lama the wisdom that is inseparable from the Lama, that is, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, surrounded by immeasurable Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. After performing prostrations, making offerings, and making supplications, recite the Lama's name three times in succession, for example: Om Ah Rinchen Dorje Hung Hung. The second is: visualize in the heart of the Lama visualized in front of oneself the wisdom Vajradhara inseparable from the Lama, adorned with silk and jewels, having the form of a Chakravartin. Visualize that he is surrounded by immeasurable Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, also having the form of a Chakravartin. From prostrations to recitation, it is as before. The third is: visualize in the heart of the Lama the wisdom inseparable from the Lama, residing in the form of glorious Heruka, surrounded by immeasurable heroes and dakinis. Prostrations and so on are as before. The second is the inner practice: visualize the Lama in front of oneself, generate devotion, faith, and longing, and make supplications. The Lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself. In the center of the lotus palace of one's own crown chakra, visualize the Lama Vairochana Buddha, body color white, right hand holding a Dharma wheel, left hand holding a bell with the Dharma wheel as its handle, in union with the consort White Tara. The Lama Amitabha at the throat, body color red, right hand holding a lotus, left hand holding a lotus.

Holding a bell with a handle made of earth, united with the consort wearing white and red garments. In the heart, visualize the guru Akshobhya, with a blue body, holding a vajra and a bell, embraced by the consort Vajradhatvishvari. In the navel, visualize the guru Ratnasambhava, with a yellow body, holding a jewel in the right hand and a bell with a handle in the left, united with the consort Ratna Tara. In the secret place, visualize the guru Amoghasiddhi, with a green body, holding a sword in the right hand and a bell with a handle in the left, united with the consort Samaya Tara. Meditate on the five guru families, father and mother, in the five places. Recite the guru's name and the seed syllables of each of the five families, repeating each three times, such as "Om Ah Ratna Vajra Bhrum Hum" (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思), and similarly, "Dzim Hum" (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思), "Hum Hum" (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思), "Am Hum" (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思), "Kham Hum" (藏文,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思). These should be recited with attachment. Regarding the instructions for removing obstacles, there are two traditions, Goraksha and Virupa. The first is: First, entrust your body, speech, and mind to awareness, thinking, "All that appears in this way is illusory, like a mirage, even though it is non-existent." Then, carefully observe and search for the nature of your body, speech, and mind. In the face of awareness, in the state where nothing can be found and all grasping is abandoned, rest naturally. This is the first stage of meditation. Once you are somewhat familiar with this, then contemplate your own dwelling, possessions, retinue, and so on, thinking, "All of this is illusory, appearing even though it is non-existent." Carefully observe their nature and rest in the state of non-grasping. This is the second stage of meditation. Then, as before, contemplate enemies and hatred. This is the third stage of meditation. Contemplate friends and love. This is the fourth stage of meditation. Then, contemplate what is seen and heard, and things that are nearby. This is the fifth stage of meditation. Finally, contemplate all appearances. This is the sixth stage of meditation. Gradually learn and become accustomed to these. First, for minor causes such as heat and cold, send them into the realm of non-conceptualization with the sound of "Hum." Then, cut off all arising thoughts such as attachment, aversion, pleasure, pain, fear, and terror into the realm with the sound of "Hum," returning to your own ho
