Meditate on the earth, and recite either vase breathing or the hundred-syllable mantra. Again, in the center of the Dharma wheel at the heart, visualize the Akshobhya Heruka father and mother, and from the union, a stream of bodhicitta flows, washing and purifying the heart wheel. Then, visualize it going up and down everywhere, washing and purifying all the places of the four wheels, and recite either vase breathing or the hundred-syllable mantra. Again, in the center of the creation wheel at the navel, visualize the Ratnasambhava Heruka father and mother, and from the union, an immeasurable stream of bodhicitta water flows, washing the navel wheel. Then, visualize it going up and down everywhere, washing all the places of the body's channels, such as the four wheels, and recite either vase breathing or the hundred-syllable mantra. Again, in the center of the bliss-guarding wheel at the secret place, visualize the Amoghasiddhi Heruka father and mother, and from the union, an immeasurable stream of bodhicitta water flows, washing the wheel of the secret place. Then, visualize it going up and down everywhere, washing all the places of the body, such as the four wheels, and recite either gentle vase breathing or the hundred-syllable mantra of Heruka. Each of these is a separate session of visualization. The third preliminary is offering the mandala. Visualize the lama in front of you, and the method of offering the mandala is the same as usual, but visualize countless vidyas, such as goddesses, dragon goddesses, human goddesses, yaksha goddesses, filling it completely and offering it. Second, in the main practice, after becoming familiar with the wind practices such as vase breathing as taught earlier in the context of tummo, first is the supreme guidance: arrange the body posture well, eliminate stale air, and then slowly exhale. At the end of the exhalation, interrupt the flow and hold it out slightly. Again, exhale one breath, interrupt the flow and hold it out slightly. Exhale again, then slowly inhale, and at the end of the inhalation, also interrupt the flow and inhale. After that is complete, interrupt the flow and inhale again, then forcefully press the upper wind down towards the lower abdomen, pull the lower wind up towards the back, bend the waist slightly, and hold it as much as possible. When it is unbearable, the method of exhaling is to divide one exhalation into three segments, and the method of exhaling is as before.
