When external appearances subside and inner awareness becomes clear, if a feeling arises like being in a dark room, that is a sign that the door is being closed. After that, at the beginning of each session, it is good to practice the visualization of closing the doors once or twice. Even if you don't practice it, it's okay. Then, in the center of the body, visualize the central channel as being slightly thicker. Even if you don't visualize it, it's okay. In the area of the heart, visualize a blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽), if large, about four fingers in size, if small, about the size of a thumb, like a house turned upside down. At the navel, visualize either the Aṃ letter or the A-shaḍ letter, whichever is facing upwards. Expel the stale air, inhale fresh air, and when pressing down the upper air, visualize light radiating downwards from the Hūṃ at the heart. Pull the lower air upwards, and from the A-shaḍ at the navel, ignite the heat of inner fire (Gtummo). With the force of the fire-wind, the Hūṃ at the heart turns upwards, and visualize the burning and dripping of the stream of nectar flowing down from the hook of the Hūṃ, holding the breath as much as possible. When you can't hold it any longer, exhale, and inhale again. When pressing down the upper air, the head and tail of the Hūṃ at the heart reverse. Pull up the lower air, and visualize the force of the fire-wind of the burning inner fire at the navel causing the Hūṃ at the heart to turn upwards. Practice this repeatedly. These are the common preliminaries for all four transfers of consciousness (Pho-wa), and in the main practice, first is the body Pho-wa: The central channel in the center of the body is slightly thicker, the upper end inserted into the Brahma-randhra (fontanelle), the lower end inserted into the secret place, and directly below the heart, below the central channel, visualize a blue Yuṃ letter facing downwards, with the two hooks gradually separating, and above the two separated hooks, visualize two blue Yuṃ letters facing downwards, with the two hooks joined together, and the two heads in a separated shape. In the middle of these four letters, visualize a blue Hūṃ letter facing downwards. Below these red letters, visualize a red Hi letter, and above, a white Ka letter, these seven letters, and also visualize the A-shaḍ letter at the navel clearly, and then hold the vase breath (Kumbhaka). Visualize the inner fire burning from the A-shaḍ letter at the navel, and with the force of the fire-wind, the seven letters at the heart turn upwards, and visualize the heart trembling and quivering, drawing the air inwards. When exhaling with the sound of "Hik (ཧིཀ་)", the seven letters

Visualize it swirling upwards, focus on the Brahma aperture, as if it's trembling and about to come out, hold your breath slightly. When inhaling, mentally remember "Ka-hi." Visualize the seven letters swirling downwards from the central channel, and when they reach the heart center, by the force of the upper wind pressing down, the letters remain upside down. The fire of the blazing Tummo at the navel, by the force of the wind, causes the letters to turn their heads upwards, etc., meditate as before. Second is the transference of speech: Visualize in the center of your own body's navel chakra, any seed syllable of Vajra Yogini, like the sound of "Om." When exhaling, blow with the sound of the syllable "Om," and your own mind, with the sound of the syllable "Om," remains in the navel chakra, and then gradually, from the heart and throat, and from the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head, it emerges and transfers into the emptiness of Dharmadhatu, or transfers into the heart of whatever Guru and Yidam you prefer. Third is the transference of mind: From your own heart, radiate light, visualize all containers and contents dissolving into light and merging into yourself. Also visualize your own body dissolving into emptiness. In the empty space above the navel chakra, your own mind, just being aware and clear, gradually from above the navel chakra to above the heart chakra, from the heart to above the throat, and from the throat to just above the crown of the head, then dissolves into Dharmadhatu, or transfers into the heart of whatever Guru and Yidam you prefer. If the visualization is not clear, transform your own mind into light, and focus your mind on the part above the navel chakra, without any obstruction, touching the area above the navel chakra from both the front and back, or existing in a tangible state. Fourth is the transference of wisdom: If there is an experience of bliss-emptiness above the navel chakra, guide and focus on it. If there is no such experience, just have faith in bliss, and the method of transference is the same as with mind. With these, the preliminary practice of the illusory body, including the extended meaning, is completed. Second is the actual practice of clear light, Guru Yoga is: Visualize the Guru on your own crown. Visualize in his heart a white drop with a reddish hue, radiating light, and believe that his mind is the nature of the five wisdoms. From there, radiate light, visualize all outer containers becoming palaces, and all inner contents becoming deities. Visualize them all dissolving into light and merging into the Guru's body, and believe that you have attained the clear light of sleep.
