Recite the words of supplication three times. Then, the generation of bodhicitta: with all sentient beings around as the object, all these sentient beings are my kind mothers, and not just once, but countless times. As mothers, they have given me immeasurable benefits, just like my current parents do, and protected me from immeasurable harm. These kind beings are endlessly wandering in samsara, how pitiful! Thinking "how pitiful," it is useless to just think like that. I must quickly establish them in the state of Buddhahood. For this purpose, I will practice the profound path of Mahamudra, the yoga of resting the mind, and quickly attain the state of union, the great Vajradhara. Thinking like this is entering. Like that, cultivate the aspiration and practice of bodhicitta with longing. With the refuge field abiding in its power, with the intention to liberate all beings, until the essence of enlightenment, I always take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Recite this three times as the refuge that is the basis for generating bodhicitta, and with wisdom and compassion, with diligence for the sake of sentient beings, I abide before the Buddha and generate the perfect bodhicitta. Recite as many times as appropriate. After generating bodhicitta, the actual accumulation of merit is: in front of the refuge field that was visualized clearly before, transform your own body and the bodies of all other sentient beings into a number equal to the number of dust particles, etc., as usual. Up to the section "Should the seven-branch prayer be recited three times?" If you don't know it, recite any other abbreviated seven-branch prayer three times. Visualize your own body, possessions, ocean of merit, etc., as the cause, and from this arise the four continents, Mount Meru, the iron fence, etc., filled with all the desirable qualities of gods and humans, and offer them. Or offer the mandala with seven heaps, either with real objects or in your mind, and the end of "Anoint the ground with scented water and scatter flowers," etc. Recite "idam guru ratna mandala kam niryatami (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思)" and offer as much as possible.
