If we return to the mainland, things like observing mountains and crocodiles will not happen, so carrying it becomes meaningless, therefore we must find a way not to let it fly away. If we reach the middle of the ocean, it will be impossible to find the end as if the ocean and the sky are combined into one. At that time, there is no need to be careful with it, but let it fly freely. It will not find any direction on its own, and it cannot stay on the water, so it will come back to the boat again. Similarly, until the mind is liberated from distraction, do not let it wander. No matter what thoughts arise, if you do not cling to and cultivate them, the mind will be lost in external objects, and you will not be able to accomplish the path of liberation and omniscience except for doing good deeds, so it will become meaningless. When you know that distraction is self-liberated, in order to test whether it is stable, deliberately throw the mind into the objects where afflictions such as greed and hatred arise, completely let it go, and let it fully exert its power. In this way, although the appearance of afflictions still exists, its essence nakedly abides in non-dual wisdom. It does not stay in that object, but the mind itself relaxes and abides in the moment the thought arises. If you get used to it, you will reach a stable state and merge with the illusions of demons. Gradually, merge with fire, water, weapons, etc., so that they not only cannot cause harm, but also constantly improve in experience and realization. It is said that this is to recognize the fifth place of rest and relaxation. Do not be distracted, with the mindfulness of the mother to protect for a long time. In the uncreated, natural realm, all dharmas are liberated. With the assurance of not being bound and recognizing one's own nature. When will the time come to realize the true nature without error? The second is to remove obstacles: In this way, the meaning determined by the view of wisdom, through these three key points of the practice of skillful means, is practiced without distraction for a moment. When will the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arise? If you cling to these experiences, they will become the cause of samsara in the three realms, and you will not be able to go to the path of omniscience, so you must remove these obstacles. Moreover, even if these experiences do not arise, they cannot become the path, so first protect until they do not arise. Even if you cling to these experiences, they cannot become the path, so you must integrate them into the path. For example, on the road to Vajrasana in India, like the auspicious goddess auspicious plain.

There is also the happiness and attachment of Butang, and there are also dangers on the road such as cliffs and precipices. If you cannot reach Vajrasana without going to those places, then being attached to those places and staying there, or being afraid of those places and not being able to go and returning, will also become an obstacle to reaching Vajrasana. Similarly, when abiding in that way, even if all the movements of discursive thoughts cease, there will be a dark state of not knowing the naked essence of the mind, called "Lentengpo," or called "non-conceptual experience." If you are attached to this, you will be reborn as gods in the formless realm, but it will not become the path to omniscience, so eliminate it. The methods are: straighten the posture of the body, raise the gaze, concentrate the mind, and elevate awareness. Salle, Singe, Yere. By placing the mind in an uncorrected state, it will transform into the union of clarity and emptiness. By repeatedly familiarizing yourself with this, a bright experience will arise, sparkling, Yere, with a sense of true clinging to the clear part, and a feeling of being unable to separate from the clear bliss. If you are attached to this, you will be reborn as gods in the form realm, so eliminate it. The methods are: relax the posture of the body, lower the gaze, relax awareness, and naturally let go, and it will transform into the union of non-conceptuality and clarity. When clarity and emptiness are united in this way, through the interdependence of skillful means and wisdom, an inexpressible bliss will naturally arise. Do not be attached to any blissful experience. If you are attached, you will be reborn in various places in the desire realm, and it will not become the path to omniscience. Therefore, do not be attached to the nature of bliss, but let go of the mind like the endless expanse of the sky, expand awareness, and abide in non-attachment, and it will transform into the union of bliss and emptiness. In short, like mixing food, if the clear part is more, harmonize the clarity with the non-conceptual part; if the blissful part is more, harmonize the bliss with the state of emptiness, thereby purifying all clinging. A state of abiding in the original state of mind will arise. In this way, the Dharmakaya at the time of the ground, abiding in the uncorrected original state, is practiced through the Dharmakaya at the time of the path, using the method of abiding in the uncorrected state. The Dharmakaya at the time of the result is the naked understanding of the uncorrected nature of mind, which is called enlightenment. If there is a Dharmakaya other than the mind, we cannot accept it, and even if we accept it, it will become a demon.
