It will be enjoying the illusion of the field. There are two ways to relax: the method of relaxing and then abiding, and incidentally eliminating obstacles. The first is: throw worldly affairs behind you, hope to enter samadhi, but don't worry about not entering. Don't let the mind produce any thoughts, don't cling to any signs such as liking or disliking. Even subtle thoughts are illusions of conceptualization, so let the mind naturally relax in its own nature. When the mind naturally relaxes in itself, there will naturally be a way of manifestation. That way of manifestation is to not make any artificial creations. Relaxing without making any artificial creations on thoughts is also the reason why the method is profound. Don't think that relaxing on things that cannot be changed is of any use, just like saying that the arrow is hot after it has hit the target, relaxing in the state of non-doing is called abiding. As it is said: The basis of all phenomena is non-doing, If you want to realize this truth equally, Don't scatter your mind on external objects, Relax and abide, let it abide naturally. The second is to eliminate obstacles: after relaxing and abiding like that, the fluctuations of conceptualization stop, and you will completely fall into a state of non-thought, which is the foolish meditation that prevents duality. Therefore, do not stay in that state, but use awareness as an antidote, raise awareness, and abide alertly and clearly. At that time, because the self-nature radiance of awareness manifests, you will become attached to the clarity that arises, which is the duality of clinging to the sign of clarity. Therefore, do not stay in that state, but use wisdom as an antidote, and let wisdom abide without being mixed with any subtle conceptualizations. At that time, awareness and wisdom are integrated, and in the state of not clinging to anything, you will feel a relaxed happiness, which is a fabricated or naturally arising experience of happiness. Therefore, do not stay in that state either, but relax your body and mind as you please. Even if you are not attached to the experience of happiness, you will still have an attachment to the feeling of happiness, which will create a bondage. If you are attached, you will be attached to subtle attachments, and the afflictions of samsara will increase from desire, so clinging to happiness is called falling into the desire realm. Even if you are not attached to the experience of brightness, you will still have an attachment to the feeling of brightness, which will create a bondage. If you are attached, you will be attached to subtle

Entering into that, due to attachment, the existence of the form realm is accomplished through the karma of attachment. Attachment to clarity is called falling into the form realm. Even if one thinks there is no attachment to the experience of non-conceptuality, because a factor of attachment arises that cannot be separated from the aspect of non-conceptuality, it is impossible not to enter into the subtle dharma of attachment. Even with subtle karma of attachment, the existence of the formless realm is accomplished. Attachment to meditating on non-conceptuality is called entering the formless realm. Thus, if one is attached to bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, there is no time to be liberated from the three existences. Even when appearances arise in luminosity, it is important not to be attached to the appearances, but to rest naturally without manipulating awareness. Resting without anything to rest upon is the great abiding. Abiding without abiding is the supreme meditation of non-abiding. Meditating without a meditator is the unsurpassed samadhi of non-meditation. After that, resting loosely wherever one is, and finally letting go completely, should be understood through the previous steps. Thus, for a beginner, settling evenly is like a person rubbing their face with their hand, achieving evenness through subtle differences in height and depth, like weighing gold with a well-calibrated scale. In this state of evenness, one's own mind will recognize its uncorrected nature. It is said that this also depends on the blessings of the noble guru, the nectar of speech-like teachings, and the accumulation of merit that one has diligently practiced for a long time. The third, the three subsequent activities, are: after recognition, one needs to have the means to not be separated for a long time, the means to transform appearances into the path, and the means to transform everything done into benefiting others. The first is: fundamentally, taking the experience of recognition as the basis, combining the various appearances that arise and experiencing them. The second is: because one has recognized one's own nature, in the state of knowing one's own nature, whatever happiness or suffering arises, one should practice its inherent power and not obstruct it. The third is: having recognized one's own nature and attained self-liberation, one dedicates that all sentient beings, equal to space, may also attain self-liberation. All actions of body, speech, and mind should be undertaken for the benefit of others with a state of non-attachment and with inseparable compassion. Thus it is said. Detailed information should be understood in the guidance manual. Second, in general, for those of superior, middling, and inferior faculties,
