The practice of no experience, the meditation of no meditation, the uninterrupted samadhi, the fruit of no attainment, one thing exists from the very beginning without separation. Therefore, there is no need to clearly experience it, because what clarity is needed for something that is not separate? Then, how does this inseparable thing itself exist inseparably? That is, not being lost in the place of loss, not deviating in the place of deviation, not being distracted in the place of abandonment, not being rigid in the place of abiding, and being contrary to the thought of equanimity, is what it means to exist inseparably. What is meant by "lost"? Where is it lost? There are four places of loss: First, the luminous emptiness is lost in the nature of knowable objects. Some Mahayana of characteristics, such as Madhyamaka, etc., determine emptiness as the emptiness of separation between one and many, and think that emptiness is like the center of the sky. This is made by conceptual thought, so it is the practice of conceptual thought. The mantra practitioner gradually gathers the outer container and inner essence, or through the mantra of self-nature (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: svabhāva, Chinese literal meaning: self-nature), the mind regards emptiness as like a pure sky, and the mind abides in it. Both of these are made by the mind, so they are places of loss. Applying luminous emptiness to expansion means that the objects of giving, etc., the giver, and the things to be given are all regarded as selfless and expanded into emptiness for practice, which is also made by the mind. Luminous emptiness is lost as an antidote to afflictions, which means that no matter what afflictions arise, such as desire, hatred, etc., it is thought that it did not arise from anywhere in the beginning, and now it has no self-nature, and finally it will be extinguished here, or the mind will abide in emptiness without being extinguished. Luminous emptiness is lost as the path, which means that those who are attached to existence believe that there is a good result, and then regard emptiness as the path or method to obtain this result, and practice emptiness as the object of the mind, hoping to obtain the Dharmakaya, which is also made by the mind. Therefore, it is said: "When emptiness is not a means, when emptiness is a means, because cause and effect are different, the means is not emptiness." After abandoning the above four places of loss, the way to abide is to be free from all conceptual thoughts and beyond the object of the mind. The experience of being happy when happiness arises and unhappy when happiness does not arise, as well as the arising of conceptual thoughts and being lost in the desire realm, even if not intentionally, being lost in the formless realm, and being attached to and clinging to non-discrimination, is also a Shravaka.

It fell into its own country. Resting in a relaxed state means: resting in the unfabricated wisdom that has abandoned these, and non-conceptualization naturally exists. Wandering in abandonment means: the thought of abandonment that arises one after another, saying that this does not need to be cultivated, it itself is the Dharmakaya. Returning from that means: returning from the thought of abandonment. Therefore, it shows the light of seeing. So, the meaning of practicing it is: not leaving it, focusing on one point. For this, seeing is the mind's luminosity, the body is the illusory body, and connecting dreams and the intermediate state, meditation, transference of consciousness, and entering samadhi are used to show. The meaning here is: the teacher Tilopa personally told the Yaksha woman, but she failed to understand. Therefore, he told her the guiding path of the oral instructions. Among them, the light of seeing has already been shown above. So, how to connect the illusory body, connecting dreams and the intermediate state? Through connection, there are three intermediate states, three illusory bodies, three manifestations, three concealments, and three connections. In this way, it is shown through five dharmas, three, a total of fifteen. Among them, the first five ways are said like this: In the intermediate state from birth to non-death, in the thought of the mature body, desire transforms into light. The guru's oral instructions are very wonderful. That's what it says. From birth to non-death, it means to abide in the understanding of the intermediate state of birth and death. Birth and death refer to the state between non-death, which is called the intermediate state of birth and death. This is the moment to manifest all thoughts. Among the three bodies, the mature body produced from arising, so it is called the thought of the mature body. So, what is manifested? Manifesting light. So, what is mixed with? Mixed with the affliction of desire, so it is said that desire transforms into light. How to mix desire? The transformers regard the collection of thoughts as gods and goddesses, or the attached ones rely on the bliss of the channels, bindus, and nadis, or the liberators rely on the bliss of tummo. The great liberators do not cling to those pleasures, but visualize thoughts as light, which is the meaning of mixing with desire. So, what connects it? The guru's oral instructions are very wonderful, this is the connection.
