The five are: investigation, joy, and unwavering bliss, which are the five branches of meditation. The Kalachakra also says: Meditation is wisdom, seeking, investigation, joy, unwavering bliss, and one-pointedness of mind. Among them, wisdom refers to looking at the form of emptiness itself. Seeking refers to the mind grasping objects. Investigation refers to ascertaining the meaning of the object being grasped. Joy refers to attachment to form. Unwavering bliss refers to being together with form and other things. Seeing the contracted empty form, the mind completely grasps the form of meditation, making it stable. The qualities are the manifestation of the five clairvoyances, etc. Thus, after the individual gathering and the Vajra recitation of the meditation body. The second common meaning, purifying the speech-air, is the practice of speech Vajra. With the distinction of the moon and the sun, there are ten winds, or the ten winds of root and branch. Abiding in the order of arising, entering, and abiding. Moreover, the channels are houses, the bindus are enjoyment, and the winds abide in the manner of the master. Awareness, the mind of enlightenment, is the support, abiding in the manner of relying on them. If the support exists, then life exists, and if it does not exist, then life does not exist. Therefore, it is life. The effort is to hold the wind in the three places of upper, lower, and middle, and to make it a path. By practicing according to the order of the guided meditation, the ten winds enter the central channel and move back and forth in the bindus of the six chakras. The sign of this is the ability to accomplish great deeds such as ignorance and rigidity. The order of taking it up is to see and stabilize the form of emptiness, and to meditate on the key points of life force exertion. Among them, the upper one is the wind of life force exertion, and the middle one is called the wind of union. First, find the path of the wind, and the difference in the way of making it a path is to generate it like a body. On a comfortable cushion, the body possesses the five dharmas of meditation, or insert the meditation belt in a squatting position, or adjust the posture with a well-arranged body posture. After praying to the lama, exhale well. Like the way of holding the wind of space, the entry and exit of the wind is like being without sensation. Gently, slowly, and evenly, hold it for a long time. This is called the wind entering

Entering, recite Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om). Abiding in the middle, recite Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Releasing outward, recite Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah). Thus, the three—arising, entering, and abiding—reside in the nature of the three syllables (Om, Hum, Ah). Therefore, through the nostrils, without discriminating the length of each, maintain mindfulness, they say. Similarly, when the wind's breath is strong, hold it long and meditate. When the fire's breath is strong, exhale in short bursts and hold it, then meditate. For the water's breath, slightly close the teeth, let it flow from the middle with a hissing sound, hold it, and meditate. The earth's breath, slightly stronger than the sky's breath, hold it gently when you just feel it, and meditate. By finding the place of breath through these five points of focus, obstacles and faults will not occur, they say. Regarding the general breath, the key to the body is the lotus posture and the fastening of the meditation belt. The posture of one's own body and the timing are very important, they say. Then, meditate on the elements stacked in order with the downward-clearing breath: sky, wind, fire, water, and earth. By pressing down, clearly observe it. Therefore, the yogi who relies on the downward-clearing breath should have a body endowed with the five qualities of meditation. Place both hands on the knees. First, by the grasping method of each element, hold the life-breath and push it below the navel, tightening downwards. The object of focus is: visualize the blue E (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ए, Sanskrit Romanization: e, Literal Chinese meaning: E) syllable completely transformed into a blue sky mandala, triangular, extremely vast, marked with the E syllable, imagining it to be extremely clear. The sign of gaining the sky breath is: a good experience of emptiness, as if there is no body, will arise. Above that Dharma origin, visualize the Yam (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: य, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Yam) syllable completely transformed into a black wind mandala, bow-shaped, marked with fluttering banners, light and moving. The sign of gaining the wind breath is: dizziness and itching, etc., will occur. Again, above that wind mandala, visualize the Ram (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ram) syllable transformed into a red fire mandala, triangular, the touch extremely hot, marked with the Ram syllable. The sign of gaining the breath is: The temperature will be higher than before, and the body will feel hot, etc. Again, above that fire mandala, visualize the Vam (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vam) syllable transformed into a white water mandala, round, the touch cool, marked with four vases. The sign of gaining the breath is: coldness and trembling, etc., will come. Again, above the water mandala,
