All dissolve into light and merge into oneself. Abide in the deity's clear and empty form to the best of your ability. It is good to meditate like this again and again. When ending the session, purify the deity's form into a state of clear light and emptiness. May I quickly attain enlightenment through this merit. Dedicate the merit as before to Kalachakra and others. Since this is the stage of guidance, there is no need to cling to the deity's form like recitation. However, if you are inclined to recite some mantras, there is no harm in reciting them, so before dissolving the deity into emptiness, recite as much as appropriate: Om Ah Hum Ga Ksha Mala Wa Ra Ya Svaha There are also rituals for invoking wisdom deities, bestowing empowerments, and elaborate blessings. If done in this way, it becomes an elaborate practice, which is very good. However, the treatises of Rolpai Dorje only say this much, and for the Sahaja, this alone is sufficient, so this easy approach is good. Some lamas place the quintessential guidance of all yidams here as well. The sixth contemplation cycle, the guidance of the generation stage, is complete. The detailed meaning of the generation stage is not explained here because there is no time, and it exists separately, so it is not included here. If interested and needed, the meaning of the Sahaja practice method will be explained in detail. Second, in order to generate the wisdom of the completion stage that has not yet arisen during this interval, it is necessary to bestow the supreme empowerment that possesses the guru's oral instructions. Its text is like appearing separately. If divided, there are three. Performing it after collecting them separately is the time to obtain qualifications, but it is inconvenient to do so now, so the practice performed at this time is most important. Then, the giving of guidance is, as stated in the tantras, approaching through the five nectars and so on, and the water treasure vajras, and the recitation of mantras, etc. The meaning of what is said is explained as having four independences. It is also said in the Guhyasamaja that contemplating body, speech, and mind is: non-conceptual, non-apprehending, not abiding anywhere, equality. Contemplate the vajra of body, speech, and mind. This is the oral instruction that is said. It is called having four independences or three solitudes. That is, for the enjoyment of the body, and for pleasure and pain, etc., abandon attachment and aversion, and do not think anything. Abandoning the awareness of negation, affirmation, acceptance, and rejection is the enjoyment of the body.

This refers to not depending on the use of land. Similarly, it also applies to speech, mind, and the enjoyment of transformation. This is called the teaching with four non-dependencies. In the past, from beginningless samsara, the three doors of body, speech, and mind have been spent solely on actions, but they have become meaningless and counterproductive, without accomplishing any correct results. Now, if actions are stopped, one will surely attain accomplishment and unsurpassed bliss. In order to avoid obstacles and errors such as the disturbance of internal elements, one should straighten the body posture, clarify the breath, and in order to keep the mind abiding in the correct meaning, one should maintain mindfulness, not to mention unwholesome and unspecified things. Until one has gained some stability in this samadhi, one should also mostly avoid the elaborations of virtuous actions, and one needs the body to be devoid of actions, speech to be devoid of words, and the mind to be devoid of discursive thoughts. This is called relying on the three solitudes. In this case, although it is not absolutely necessary to have a dark room and a specific way of looking, etc., because it is necessary to quickly enter the collection of the four things, in order to make the path clear, one should also practice the dark room and the specific way of looking. Therefore, it should be done as follows: The general characteristics of a place are, as stated in the Kalachakra Root Tantra: "From where one protects the Dharma, where only beings are, a place of happiness, without dispute, there the yogi should meditate correctly." And as stated in the Ornament of the Sutras: "Where the wise one practices, is easy to find, is a good dwelling, good land, and good friends, and possesses the qualities of yogic bliss." And as it is said: "A beginner practitioner, if he does not rely on a solitary place, will not be able to find solitude of mind, so he should abandon intimacy and dwell in solitude. Intimacy brings intimacy and attachment, which turns the wheel of samsara, therefore, one should always be vigilant in abandoning intimacy." Thus, there should be no traffic of people during the day, no noise at night, no fear of harm, and there should be drinking water that is not harmful to the body. If one has a house in a non-common place, it is best to have a dark room on the upper or middle floor with three layers of curved doors, and a window that is small on the outside and wide on the inside.
