One should not be excessively attached to land and food, as well as trembling, madness, extreme bewilderment, mental confusion, and violent fainting. The ten extremely clear appearances, such as the smoke of the Vajra Holder, manifest in the bodies of beings in the world. Those extremely clear and definite appearances, who would want to destroy them in the state of the three minds? Thus it is said. When the empty forms with ten different characteristics each sequentially bring forth bliss, they are similar to the state of thought. Obtaining those completely pure initial blisses, etc., one sequentially obtains ten different blisses. Sixth, regarding the result of the state: It is said in the scripture, 'Being completely purified by recollection, the stainless mandala of light also arises from the wisdom body.' Thus it is said. Because all the inner channels are filled with bodhicitta, everything inside and outside is pervaded by the mandala of light, and even though the resultant body does not change, one's own mind is actually transformed into the deity's body, and one obtains limitless siddhis and magical powers, etc. The experience of bliss and emptiness is continuous, and the ultimate result is: the Victorious Amitabha, etc., manifest the mandala of the union of the six elements of water and sky. This practice is done in one session, etc. Thus, the guidance of recollection is completed. Second, the guidance of meditation is taught, including: the key points of practice and fixing the method of meditation in the mind. First, according to the actual situation of the branches of meditation, it is almost the same as the recollection of Mahamudra, but in the Supplementary Ritual, it is said that many different karma mudras are to be practiced. Here, one meditates only with faith as the path, similar to recollection, making hand gestures such as the equalized posture, and viewing with the gaze emptying, the tip of the nose naturally drooping. During the visualization, the upper support of the four joys is the same as in recollection. When relying on the lower, one practices vase breathing for a long time in each chakra, and equally abides in emptiness and form, and bliss. One should merely believe that one has obtained the twelve qualities of meditation. The forty-sixth visualization guide. Even if one does not do this visualization guide completely, it is acceptable, but the previous lamas did it in order not to lose the order of the six branches of visualization.

Second, to impress the meaning of meditation on the mind: the meaning of the name of Samadhi, the timing of meditation, the limbs of the method of meditation, the signs of having meditated, the distinction between what is to be purified and what purifies, and the fruit obtained by meditation, there are six aspects. First: In the Indian language, "Samadhi (梵文天城体:समाधि,梵文罗马拟音:samādhi,汉语字面意思:equanimity)" is called Samadhi, which means to equally hold everything, therefore, it refers to the state of mind abiding in a state free from the grasped and the grasper, and without distinction between subject and object. Second: When the limb of mindfulness is perfected, and one is able to immediately generate unchanging bliss. Third, regarding the method of meditation, there are five points: First, the object of Samadhi is emptiness-form and great bliss. Second, the necessity of meditation is to increase unchanging bliss more and more, and to purify the ripened body into the Dharmadhatu, thereby obtaining the non-dual wisdom body. Third, the length of time for meditation is from the initial moment of obtaining unchanging bliss in Samadhi, until fully obtaining twenty-one thousand six hundred moments. Fourth, the nature of Samadhi is as stated in the Tantra: "With the nature of wisdom and means, by the power of unchanging bliss, Samadhi is in the form of wisdom." That is, in the one wisdom, through the distinction of aspects, wisdom is unchanging bliss, and means is the wisdom body possessing all supreme qualities. Without the duality of seeing the two as separate, it is the Samadhi experienced in union. Through the completion of heat and bliss pervading and without leakage, as a condition, the karmic winds cease, one-tenth of the three channels dissolve into the central channel, and the movement of the white and red essences each stabilize immovably within the central channel. In this way, when the channels, winds, and essences completely transform into indestructible and continuous emptiness-form, the wisdom that is of the same essence as it is called unchanging bliss. Therefore, it is said: "Because of emptiness-form and bliss, in awareness, great bliss is one's own awareness." Fifth, the method of how to meditate, as stated in the Tantra: "Undiminished bliss, solitary peace, innate wisdom, yogi, here is the great practice." And also, in the Kalachakra oral transmission, it says: "Meditation with characteristics, emptiness..."
