It is. Now, practicing Tummo is using this kind of method as the path. If it can be blended with empty form, then it is mindfulness and accordance. Second, to impress the meaning of practice on the mind includes six aspects: the name and meaning of mindfulness, the timing of practice, the branches of the method of practice, the signs and extent of practice, the distinction between what is to be purified and what purifies, and the fruit obtained by practice. First, in Chinese, "Anu" means "following," and "Smriti" means "memory." The word "Anu" has two meanings: decrease and increase. Here, it takes the meaning of increase. "Anu Smriti" means "mindfulness," which is especially remembering. That is, remembering what was previously practiced again, and remembering very much. That is, repeatedly practicing and vigorously striving for the empty form Mahamudra. Second, when the holding is perfected, one can freely use the three: channels, winds, and bindus. And when the appearance of Tummo appears like all kinds of perfect deity bodies, then it is certainly suitable to practice mindfulness. Third, the branches of the method of practice have five points. Among them, the object of mindfulness is: generally, all channels, winds, and bindus; mainly, the empty form of the burning appearance of Tummo, and the bindus of the four or six chakras as the basis, and the melting bliss, etc., as the dependent. The second point is the necessity: in order to actually achieve immutable bliss, that is, to learn melting bliss without leakage. The third point is the duration of practice: until the first moment of immutable bliss has not yet arisen. After immutable bliss has arisen, do not abandon the continuity of mindfulness, because one cannot practice a clear path with different objects and aspects, but the continuity of mindfulness itself transforms into Samadhi. The fourth point is the nature of mindfulness itself: the tantra says, "Whatever the appearance of Tummo becomes, one will surely remember the body and the sky." That is, whether there are other companion mudras or not, one should focus on the union of the deity parents of the burning appearance of Tummo, and abide in the empty form with the appearance of the three realms of existence, both subtle and gross, in a way that is free from conceptualization and non-confusion, thereby repeatedly generating melting bliss without leakage. This is single-pointed Samadhi. The fifth point is how to practice mindfulness:

The reason is, as stated in the tantra: "These differences, such as inferiority, transform into three types through various principal methods of accomplishment. The three mudras and three stages are due to the three progressions, with actions and conceptualizations being supreme." As it is said. Firstly, in the stage where the faculties are dull and the bindu is easily lost, when it is not possible to fully induce the four joys without relying on the karma mudra, practice the mindfulness meditation that combines the three: karma, jñana, and mahamudra. Then, as the faculties shift and become intermediate in that intermediate stage, when the bindu becomes slightly thicker, it is not possible to fully induce bliss with mahamudra alone, and when the karma mudra is optional, abandon the karma mudra and practice the mindfulness meditation that combines the jñana mudra and mahamudra. Again, as the faculties increase and become sharp, when the bodhicitta becomes very thick, it is possible to fully induce melting bliss with mahamudra alone. When the unchanging bliss has not been attained, rely solely on mahamudra and practice mindfulness meditation. These are also done with the emphasis on meditative absorption, but in the post-meditative state, there is no certainty regarding the connection with ascetic conduct. For these three stages, it is said that there are the four unions of mahamudra, the three unions of mudras, and the two unions of mudras; and also that there are the three unions, the two unions, and the one union, combining them in sequence. Fourth, the signs are that each time the four joys are fully induced, the blazing light of tummo radiates infinitely, becoming more and more excellent from above. Although one strives to make the kundabodhicitta descend, it does not descend, but strongly rebounds upwards from the jewel, and one's own body also appears as an empty form, a mandala of light, and the images of the three realms of purity and impurity constantly expand and contract. The valid cognition is that all four kinds of direct perception are valid, and because it is experiencing the inner supreme bliss and wisdom, self-awareness is the most important direct perception. Fifth, if one divides from the perspective of what is to be purified, then divide the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, such as thought, into six groups. If one divides from the perspective of the limbs of mindfulness that purify, then there are ten, as the tantra says: thought and desire, and diseases of the body and mouth, the supreme lotus dries up.
