One should think that through the yoga and transformations of the peacock, all three, holding, reversing, and spreading, are accomplished. Generally, it is holding and reversing, reversing and spreading, spreading and mixing with wind, mixing and transferring to great wisdom. Therefore, the above sequence is mainly from the perspective of importance, but for each one, it should be made essential with the instruction that possesses all four key points. If one can actually generate bliss through clear visualization, then immediately after holding with the six unions, one should practice the wind exercises that dispel confusion, thereby practicing the pervasive holding and reversing. After that, perform the yogas. When practicing initially, whether or not one can generate bliss, one must complete all of these. Later, when one is very skilled, reversing and contracting a little bit will be sufficient. In any case, ultimately, in order to mix with wind, one should meditate on vase breathing extensively. In order to transfer to great wisdom, one should focus on the experience of bliss and the signs and appearances of luminosity, and maintain the state of the three immovables. This is the forty-first visualization instruction. Second, as it says in the tantra, "For the sake of serving, the hand mudra completely liberates one from all the faults of one's own heart's faculties." The hand mudra, i.e., the hand gesture, its key points are similar to the above mudra. This is a combination of the wisdom mudra and the action mudra, and it belongs to the wisdom mudra among the three mudras. This is the forty-second visualization instruction. Third, in the Great Commentary, quoting the root tantra, it says, "A sixteen-year-old woman of good lineage, adorned with beauty and youth, first well-taught, then initiated and begins to practice. Body, speech, mind, and desire are placed on the forehead, etc. Well said), secret great crown." and so on. Then, the pride of Vajradhara. After arranging the lingam in the bhaga, do not emit bodhicitta. Meditate on the form of all the Buddhas of the three realms. The blazing tummo in the navel burns the five Tathāgatas. The eye-mother, eyes, etc., are also burned, and then the rabbit-marked Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) drips. That which has the nature of nectar semen drips in the form of bindus.

It is known as yoga. As it is said, as explained in the previous wisdom mudra, the difference between meditating in the mind and actually practicing here is that the others are mostly the same. Thus, the mind mudra, the hand mudra, and the action mudra all have the empty form of the great mudra. If there is a mixture, it will be easy to remember and follow. If there is no mixture with the empty form, although there are key points in general, it does not belong to the aspect of remembrance. It becomes a source of enrichment for the previous limbs. Although the action seal cannot be actually accomplished now, it is one of the important points of the path, so it is one Dharma friend, the forty-three objects of focus. The second limb's object of focus is the fierce fire yoga. Its body posture is the same as before, or the hands can be held in the vajra knot, blocking the crown of the head. The tongue touches the palate, and the abdomen can be tightened as desired. If the focus on the chakra is clear, then it is in accordance with the state of the vajra body, and it is meditated extensively. The navel wheel has four petals in the inner circle, eight petals in the outer circle, twelve petals in the outer circle, and sixty or sixty-four petals in the outer circle. Similarly, the heart center has four petals in the inner circle, eight petals in the outer circle, the throat has four petals in the inner circle, eight petals in the middle circle, and thirty-two petals in the outer circle. The crown has four petals in the inner circle, eight petals in the middle circle, and sixteen petals in the outer circle. The crown of the head has no distinction between inner and outer circles, and has four petals. The secret place has six petals in the inner circle, ten petals in the middle circle, and sixteen petals in the outer circle. However, if it is difficult to clarify that much, then all five chakras can be visualized with four root petals each, and the wheel of the secret place can be visualized with six root petals. If we rely on the brevity of that time, then meditate like this: clearly visualize your own body as the deity's body, dwelling in emptiness, without leaning to the left or right, standing straight and upright. Of the two, front and back, the back is especially close. The central channel, up to the navel emanation wheel, is green in color, with the upper end piercing the Brahma aperture at the crown of the head. To its right is the red Roma channel, and to its left is the white Kyangma channel, which is many times thinner than the central channel. Visualize these three as a trinity, one finger from the upper end.
