To. All thoughts and ideas of the mind, I offer as a supreme mudra offering. Grant the accomplishment free from delusion. In all the three thousand great thousand worlds, all happiness and suffering, I offer as an auspicious mudra offering. In happiness, may happiness be gathered into a multitude. May great happiness pervade the sky. In suffering, may I bear the suffering. May the ocean of suffering of samsara dry up. Thus I offer. Third, the remaining limbs such as confession of sins are: recite the common confession, Lama Vajradhara, three times. From beginningless time, being controlled by afflictions, through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, the sins of nature and precepts, all that I have done, caused to be done, and rejoiced in, I confess and repent with remorse and restraint. The biographies of the supreme beings and their offspring, and also all the virtuous deeds of all beings through the three doors, what has been done, what will be done, and what is being done now, I rejoice with a joyful mind. For the sake of benefiting all beings and doing good, I request the King of Dharma and his offspring to continuously turn the wheel of Dharma, which is suitable for all and vast. Although the Dharmakaya has no birth or death, may you not depart to other realms for the sake of others, but out of compassion for beings in these degenerate times without protectors, I beseech you to remain for a long time without passing into nirvana. For the sake of all beings attaining unsurpassed enlightenment, I always take refuge in you, the supreme refuge, and from now on, I will take and properly practice the common and special vows and commitments. By the power of the virtue accumulated by me in the three times, may all beings be liberated from the bonds of existence, and may I quickly attain the accomplishment of the omniscient one, having been taken care of by the glorious supreme Lama. Then, the method of relying on the Lama is as follows: I prostrate and take refuge in the noble Lamas. Please bless me to quickly attain perfect enlightenment. Until I attain Buddhahood, please bless me to generate immeasurable faith and respect for the noble Lamas. I prostrate to the assembly of deities of the Yidam. Please bless me to quickly. Obeisance to all... I beseech the assemblies of gurus, yidams, and dakinis to consider me. I gather all the roots of virtue from the past, future, and present, and offer them to the guru. By offering to the guru, may the special intentions of all the precious gurus be completely fulfilled. May the root of virtue arising from this become a special offering equal to the sky, offered to the sight of the Sugatas. May the root of virtue arising from this be dedicated to all sentient beings in common. Having thus dedicated, may all sentient beings be liberated from the ocean of samsara, existence, and suffering, and quickly attain the precious, unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment. Until that is attained, may I quickly manifest and become enlightened, and become the guru of all beings without exception. May it be accomplished just so. Thus, taking refuge in the supreme, generating the unsurpassed mind of enlightenment, making wondrous offerings, dedicating with the certainty of benefiting others, and making aspirations inseparable from sentient beings—if one makes these five one's own practice, then all the experiences and realizations of the five paths will arise, said the venerable Dampa Rinpoche. Then, the supplication: Joining palms together, with intense longing, I supplicate the guru, the Buddha, the Dharmakaya. Bless me so that the realization of suchness may quickly arise. I supplicate the guru, the Sambhogakaya... May all appearances arise as the pure, vast realms... I supplicate the guru, the Nirmanakaya... Bless me so that the great purpose of others may be accomplished. Thus, recite as much as possible. Blessed by Manjushri, the Lion of Speech, by understanding the meaning of the sounds of Āli (藏文：ཨཱ་ལི་，元音) and Kāli (梵文天城体：का，梵文罗马拟音：kā，藏文：ཀཱ་，汉语字面意思：ka), the intention of all sutras and tantras dawned in his mind, holding all the instructions of the lineage, I supplicate the feet of Kamalasila. This instruction given by Dampa to Sochung should also be recited a number of times. Also recite the supplications of the Pacifying One, past, present, and future, with the verses combined. The mind-son emanated from the heart of the great mother, Machig Labdrön, the yogini, the accomplished one of the Prajnaparamita teachings, who liberates the lineage of all fortunate ones, bless me and my devoted disciples.
