If you can rest in the state of realization, the power of merit, as well as experience, warmth signs, etc., will naturally arise. Third, the instruction on separating the blessed body and mind is: First, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta, offer vast offerings, and pray to the Lama. Then, suddenly stand up, put your feet together, put your hands together in prayer, straighten your body, and do not let your consciousness wander elsewhere. Analyze the body and mind in this way: This body is like a water bubble, feelings are like illusions, thoughts are like the moon in water, actions are like mirages, and consciousness is like wood on water. Impermanent, suffering, impure, it is a sack of pus and blood, fragments of bones, a network of veins and tendons, etc. Apart from the nature of impermanence and change, there is nothing that is stable and permanent, nothing that can be relied upon. The mind, by its very nature, is the Dharma nature of Nirvana, it is luminous. Therefore, thinking of separating body and mind, rest in the state of no birth. Visualize your mind as a bindu at the soles of your two feet, then slowly pull it up from below, pause for a moment at the navel, then bring it to the heart, then bring it to the tip of the tongue, pause for a moment, then from the opening of the Brahma hole at the top of the head, shoot that mixture of wind and mind far into the sky like an arrow. Release it without attachment, stretch it out, relax, freely and spaciously empty, let awareness completely release, release without support, release without connection, consciousness feels comfortable and relaxed, joy is fluttering, warmth is abundant, the sky and consciousness merge together, awareness is empty and vast, consciousness rests clearly and distinctly. Resting in this way is a sign of the realization of awareness, such as the pulse beating, trembling, panic, excitement, swaying, twitching, making various sounds, and various joys arising in the presence of the Lama, this is the arising of experience. If experience arises, then in all four activities of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down, one should constantly rest in that state. Confirming that state as Dharmata is the view. Not straying from that state is meditation. From that state, being able to transform everything into Dharmata is action. All dharmas are realized as one and equal is the fruit.

Sa bu'o. Thus, whatever arises in the body, be it sickness, suffering, or attachment, one should know how to transform it into the path. Fourth, placing meditation in the natural state: First, receive the guru's instructions and be blessed. The place for meditation can be: a charnel ground, a great forest, a secluded place, under a single tree, ruins, an old temple, the middle of a lake, a snowy mountain, or a place where spirits are strong. The method of meditation is: loosen the previously tightened awareness and rest naturally. As Machig Labdrön said: "Tightly gather, then release; violently destroy, then let go; gently relax, then rest. The resting place of meditation is there." Therefore, do not grasp the body as the body, but like a leather bag with its straps cut, relax, be at ease, and rest without hope or doubt. The mind should also rest naturally, without fear or constraint. Whatever appears in the realm of the six senses, rest without pride or conceptualization. Let there be no doubt in the mind. Awareness should rest in a state of bliss and clarity. Through the blessing of resting in this way, fierce spirits will be unable to bear it and will manifest various magical displays. If this happens, it is a sign that the mind is focused and that you have received blessings. If you feel fear when magical displays occur, it is a sign that the mind is distracted. Therefore, immediately place the body in a state of non-reliance on spirits, relax the mind, and expand awareness into the mother-like space and rest. Do not be afraid or constrained, do not be proud or conceptualize, and do not have hope or doubt. Alternatively, know the seven methods of resting the mind and then rest. By resting in this way, joyful experiences will disappear, the mind will be relaxed and at ease, you will feel warm and comfortable, awareness will be blissful and clear, and the mind will be comfortable and free. Definite knowledge will increase even more. At that point, demons will be cut off as dharmata, conceptual thoughts will arise as wisdom, the five poisons will be transformed into medicine, and bad omens will be taken as auspiciousness. Furthermore, during meditation, without fear or constraint, resting in the state of dharmata, spirits will create disturbances, noises, beatings, pulling, threats, make various sounds, show various forms, destroy mountains, and thus display various magical displays. At that time, no matter how the various magical displays
