Meditate on a vast and expansive throne. On it, meditate on a lotus seat made of various lotuses. On it, meditate on a moon mandala. On it, in the center, meditate on the Great Mother Prajnaparamita, her body the color of pure gold. One face, four arms. Seated in the vajra posture. The first of her right hands holds a golden five-pronged vajra. The first of her left hands makes the meditation mudra. The lower two hands hold the Prajnaparamita scripture. Meditate that she is adorned with various precious ornaments on her body. Next to her, meditate on the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha. Next to her, meditate on Ama Jomo Labkyi Dronma. Her body is small, her skin is white. Her body radiates light. Meditate that her face is smiling. Next to her, meditate on the two sons, Gyalwa Dondrup and Drogon Todnyon Samdrub. They are seated in the attire of yogis. Their hair is disheveled. Their faces are dark. Their bodies radiate light. Meditate that they are seated with smiling faces. Furthermore, also meditate on your own root and lineage lamas. Meditate that on the right of those lamas are heroes, on the left are the noble Shravaka Sangha, and in front are countless assemblies of dakinis. Then take refuge: I and all sentient beings equal to the extent of space, from this time until we attain enlightenment. I prostrate and take refuge in the Great Mother Prajnaparamita. I prostrate and take refuge in the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha. To Machig Jomo Labkyi Dronma... To the son Gyalwa Dondrup... To Drogon Todnyon Samdrub... To the Buddhas of the ten directions... To the Dharma... To the Sangha... To the precious Lama... To the mandala assembly of Yidams... I prostrate and take refuge in the heroes and heroines. Recite this three times with reverence. Thus, it is also said in the scriptures: I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and the noble Sangha. Thus. Then, visualize your body as food with a hundred flavors, white, oily, heavy, soft, and about the size of a mouthful. Visualize that your right hand holds a sword of wisdom. Since the first of the limbs is the head, so

Having completely severed it from the neck, offering it to the Lama and the Three Jewels, thinking that they would be very pleased and enjoy it. Similarly, opening the chest, placing the five vital organs and so on inside as an offering, thinking that they would be pleased and enjoy it. Again, offering the lower body along with the legs, thinking that they would be very pleased. After that, do not keep in mind the Lama of Refuge and the Three Jewels, etc. Do not keep your own body in mind either. Do not cut off the past, do not welcome the future. Do not cling to any present awareness, and do not artificially modify it, but leave it relaxed and loose. In that state of awareness abiding, generate Bodhicitta as before. Meditate on the Lama and the Three Jewels in front of you and recite the Refuge once. Offer the body as a sacrifice. Place the mind in the state of its natural condition. Doing that three times constitutes one session. One session in the evening, one session at midnight, one session at dawn, one session in the morning, one session at noon, one session in the late afternoon. In that way, do six sessions in one day and night. Do not do more than that, and do not do less. In that, generating the mind of supreme enlightenment, taking refuge, and offering the body as a sacrifice are the cause, the accumulation of merit. Afterwards, abiding in the unaltered natural state is the result, the accumulation of wisdom. Therefore, practicing just this one is sufficient. Second, the blessing of separating body and mind is twofold: the introduction of introduction and the introduction of continuous meditation. The introduction of introduction is threefold: preliminary, abandoning attachment to the body; main part, separating body and mind; subsequent, introducing the mind as being like the sky from the realm of Dharma-nature, and showing the way experiences arise. First, the tsok and torma are done beforehand, and refuge and bodhicitta are generated like the refuge and bodhicitta that open the Dharma gate. Then the Lama offers a flower to the disciple, who stands in front with feet together, hands clasped at the brow, and body erect. First, the body is analyzed and explained: 'This body of mine is composed of thirty-two impure substances, a sack of pus and blood, a connection of bone fragments, a network of watery sinews. To be attached to and cling to such a thing'
