It is done. Third, using strong conditions as a grindstone to extract the essence: Generally, it is not enough to just have understanding in the mind; one must repeatedly mix it with positions of negation and affirmation and train in an unbiased manner. If one does not train in this way, as soon as one encounters strong conditions, like being abandoned by the ferryman when the enemy appears, the mind will remain in an ordinary state. Therefore, when adverse conditions arise, one must immediately use them as a grindstone and mix them with the mind and Dharma. Even just mixing is not enough; if one does not train in an unbiased manner, the unpolluted qualities will not appear in an unbiased way. Therefore, one should use various adverse conditions as a grindstone and train in an unbiased manner. When training, if one breaks down the false pretenses, one will be bound by artificial habits, so one must directly cut off whatever appearances arise and act as recklessly as possible. One should think like this: This unwillingness to become a Buddha is because, from beginningless time, I have been attached to the truth of appearances, made some choices of what to accept and reject, and because the taste is not balanced, I keep clinging. In the nature of mind, there is no birth and death, no purity and impurity, no enemy and friend, etc., nothing that is established, but I have been holding onto them as if they were established, unable to abandon them, unable to integrate them, so I keep clinging. Now, let it go however it goes, thinking like that, cast away the thoughts of duality far away, and say PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪!). With whatever one feels fear and hesitation, mix with it and train again and again until one is inseparable from pride. First, sharpen the intellect and develop the courage to look at things. Without hesitation, trample on enemies and hatred, sons and relatives, the deliciousness or lack thereof of food and drink, lepers, diseases and plagues, the smell of corpses, and all kinds of disgusting, frightening, sad, and fearful things like hallucinations. Cut off attachments, identify faults, extract them from similar situations, and without hesitation, mix them with wisdom and let them go. Make crazy actions such as crying, laughing, and shouting, change habits, and separate yourself from the crowd. Having done that, do not place any desired thoughts in your heart, but leave them aimlessly and without direction. By training in this way again and again, delusion will be forcibly destroyed, clinging will naturally subside, devotion will arise spontaneously, and concepts will be naturally liberated. This will result in the fruition of the embodiments.

If asked how to attain the (Buddha) bodies, it is the realization and manifestation of all dharmas as emptiness, which is the Dharmakaya. From that state, whatever benefit for beings arises naturally through the power of aspiration is the Nirmanakaya. The benefit for beings is without attachment to any side; although without attachment, it benefits beings. Enjoying without duality is the Sambhogakaya. These three bodies are inseparable; realizing their essence as one, beyond thought and expression, is the Svabhavikakaya. The common eighth branch is complete. The special eighth branch begins. Homage to the Mother of the Victorious Ones! The instructions of Ama Jomo, the Prajnaparamita, the place of severing demonic hindrances, this special branch has eight aspects: entering refuge and generating bodhicitta, blessing the separation of body and mind, meditation without thought and without anything to do in the mind, practice of abandoning the aggregates to the charnel ground, view not falling into the realm of demons, the essential instructions for pacifying the obstacles of the states of body and mind, proclaiming the vows of Chöd, and proclaiming the fruit of practice. First, entering refuge and generating bodhicitta has three aspects: where to enter, who enters, and how to enter. Where to enter? Enter the true and unerring path. Who enters? Sentient beings of the Mahayana lineage enter. How to enter? In a state of non-duality of emptiness and compassion, enter into accumulating the two accumulations and other immeasurable merits. This is further divided into two: the refuge and bodhicitta that opens the door to the Dharma, and the refuge and bodhicitta that is constantly practiced. First, make tsok, torma, offerings, etc., and perform the eight-branch refuge. Second is the refuge and bodhicitta that is constantly practiced: May all sentient beings, primarily those afflicted by this harmful demon, attain perfect and complete enlightenment with great compassion. For this purpose, I shall engage in virtuous deeds such as taking refuge, and generate such a mind. Thus it is said: If you wish to definitely arise in this vehicle, generate equanimity towards all beings, generate the perception of parents. Then, visualize in front of oneself a
