Cling to my body. Cling to the body and mind. Releasing the mind into the Dharmadhatu is the instruction. Thus, by remaining in a state that does not stray from the Dharmadhatu, awareness arises and goes with bliss. Uncommon experiences arise. This is the transformation of suffering into happiness. Thus, by cutting off all demons as Dharmata and meditating, three kinds of warmth arise: the outer warmth of practice, the body does not feel its existence and is free from illness. The inner warmth of the sign, one does not feel the movement of breath in and out, and no thoughts arise. The secret warmth of Bodhicitta, the mind itself naturally merges into suchness, and great bliss arises continuously. Then, the meaning of clarity and emptiness, without any inversion, arises in the mind, and there is no difficulty in obtaining the fruit of omniscience. By practicing in this way, the Bardo is naturally mastered. Moreover, the Bardo of the naturally abiding state is the present. Therefore, by familiarizing oneself with it at this very moment, all the obstacles of demons are known as the encouragement of practice, or as friends of Dharmata. By practicing continuously without interruption, without any good or bad thoughts in the mind, just staying in a state that does not stray from Dharmata, one masters the present Bardo. When you practice that meaning like that, then in the dream state, knowing that the dream is Dharmata. Without feeling awake, staying clear and transparent in the state of Dharmata free from elaboration, one masters the Bardo of dreams. By practicing in this way, continuing to practice, at the time of death, one is seized by a serious illness and does not know how to get up. The appearance does not fade. Knowing that one is about to die, one must make a decision. If one can handle it on top of practice, do it directly. If one cannot handle it, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta in one's mind. Pray and offer the body as a sacrifice. In the state of Dharmata, without attachment or clinging. Without fear or shame. Without doubt or hesitation. Gain experience in meditation. In the state of Dharmata's own nature, do not let your mind wander. Without arrogance or attachment to anything, in the unchanging state of Dharmata, the mind naturally abides, and when the breath stops, one masters the Bardo of death. Then, immediately after the breath stops, the meaning of the natural state, the essence of no birth. Sentient beings

Recognize that which appears to all, and abide in the nature of reality. Once stability is gained in that, let the mind settle in the state of self-existing, like the sky, in the realm of no arising or ceasing. From that state, accomplish the benefit of beings according to what is appropriate with the two form bodies. Therefore, one can master the bardo of existence, severing the city of the womb, and exhausting samsara in the nature of reality. To this are given names such as: rest, severance, exhalation, doing, acting, exhaustion of outflows, laying down the burden, and truly obtaining the benefit of oneself and others, called Arhat. These are the instructions for placing meditation on the nature of reality. Fifth, the instructions for not falling into the domain of demons have two aspects: recognizing demons and severing demons in the nature of reality and taking them as the path. First, there are two: fundamental demons and branch demons. The fundamental demons are four: the demon of the aggregates, the demon of the son of the gods, the demon of afflictions, and the demon of the lord of death. There are eighteen branch demons: the demon of attachment when striving for enlightenment; the demon of miracles when dispelling obstacles; the demon of tangible objects; the demon of intangible thoughts; the demon of distraction of qualities; the demon of pride in experience; the demon of dull awareness; the demon of subtle thoughts; the demon of arrogance and pride; the demon of jealousy and slander of others; the demon of sinking and excitement of awareness; the demon of indifference and laziness; the demon of hatred and anger; the demon of desire and wrong livelihood; the demon of awareness carried away by circumstances; the demon of weariness and discouragement; the demon of indifference; and the demon of belonging to spirits. Second, taking those demons as the path through the nature of reality: those of superior faculties, whatever demon arises, without fear or worry, abide in the state of non-conceptual equality. Those of middling faculties, search through the one who feels, recognize that the demon is one's own mind, and abide in the state of the mind's own nature of no arising. Those of inferior faculties, for the obstacles that harm the body, give a ransom with a substitute, and let the mind abide in a state of unconsciousness, without anything to do in the mind. That is, do not grasp the body as the body, do not grasp the illness as the illness, do not grasp the ghost as the ghost, completely release all obstacles in the nature of reality, decisively cut, crush with a snap, loosely cut, relax with ease, comfortably release, empty and clear, comfortable and fluffy.
