It should be known. The root of those is also conceptual thought, therefore, it should be cut off and meditated upon. Up to this point, the key points of the practice of those below the practitioner of the path of purification have been explained. The second general meaning, to establish through examples, has five points: explanation by example, view, meditation, conduct, and result. First, there are two points: If there is no shame in the continuum, there will be bondage, i.e., "by example," etc., six lines. It means that those who have received this instruction should not do things for the benefit of others before they themselves are liberated, like the example of the sparrow and the transporting of the autumn harvest, showing that it is difficult for both oneself and others to be liberated. If one realizes oneself, it will benefit others, i.e., "good cow," etc., six lines. It means that if a person realizes selflessness himself, then the benefit of sentient beings will naturally occur, like the example of the good cow, one should realize selflessness oneself. This is what is said. In the Compendium it says: If sentient beings generate the perception of suffering, wanting to do the benefit of sentient beings, wanting to eliminate suffering, oneself and sentient beings are completely attached, such a Bodhisattva, this is not the practice of the supreme Prajnaparamita. Thus it is said, to do altruistic deeds that fit the characteristics, one must know that oneself is without self, and one must also know sentient beings in this way, like sentient beings, one must also know the Dharma as the antidote to afflictions in this way, it needs to be like this, just as it is said in the Compendium: What one is like, one should know that all sentient beings are also like that. What all sentient beings are like, one should know that all dharmas are also like that. Not clinging to both birth and non-birth, this is the practice of the supreme Prajnaparamita. Because it is said like this. Second, the view, there are two points: to realize as nectar-like separation, i.e., "Great Garuda," etc., eleven lines. That is to say, in order to transform into the meaning of selflessness, one must realize the two selflessnesses, liberate oneself from habituation, realize that the root of the four maras (བདུད་བཞི,梵文:catvāro mārāḥ,英文:four māras,四种魔) is cut off, and after obtaining the sign of non-retrogression, one will be able to conquer the maras, like the example of the Great Garuda. If one does not realize in this way, then the actions will become of little meaning, like the example of the tree. Knowing and determining like this, i.e., "eradication," etc., six lines. That is to say, if one knows that the suddenly arising conceptual thought is without self-nature, then what is to be abandoned

Through liberation in non-duality, body, speech, and mind are liberated into the Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. Third, regarding meditation, there are three points. First, from the perspective of analogy, what is inconceivable is, starting from "the method of abiding," etc., there are fifteen verses. That is to say, when abiding equally in the meaning of selflessness, all elaborations are pacified, and what is inconceivable is like the steps of a temple. The conceptual thoughts of arising sensations dissolve into the space of Dharmata, like lightning. Even if conceptual thoughts arise, they do not move from Dharmata, like water waves. Through all these methods of abiding effortlessly and relaxedly in the realm of the play of wisdom, it is shown as the method of abiding. Effortless and relaxed abiding is, starting from "do not adorn," etc., there are nine verses. That is to say, when abiding equally in a state of non-mentation, if one adorns with other conceptual thoughts, that is Mara, so one should abide effortlessly and relaxedly. That is to say, examples of the relaxation of the six consciousnesses, like a person being seized by illness, like obtaining happiness, like appearing but having no power, like a small child not seeing its mother, one should abide. That is what it means. Through knowing that thoughts and conceptualizations are unreal, one transcends suffering, starting from "awareness," etc., there are eleven verses. That is to say, self-awareness and the conceptual thoughts of grasping and being grasped, this itself is a dangerous place. Once this is cut off, the external dangerous places will also be cut off. If beginners feel slightly uneasy, they should not cling to leftovers, etc., but should abide in the state of wisdom gone beyond. That is to say, do not let good and bad conceptual thoughts enter, abide like a fool who is full, so that thoughts will not be afraid, and one will be liberated from samsara, thereby attaining transcendence of suffering, and know that its meaning is without effort. That is to say, in the Prajnaparamita, "what is inconceivable and without mental activity is the Prajnaparamita," and "Form is not wisdom, there is no wisdom in form. Consciousness and other sensations and mind are not wisdom, there is no wisdom in these. This is the same as the realm of space, there is no difference." Thus it is said. Fourth, regarding conduct, there are two points. First, conduct that is free from afflictions is, starting from "conduct," etc., there are twelve verses.
