Practice the Dharma without acceptance or rejection. Seeing forms, view them as the body of the mind. Hearing sounds, view them as the speech of the mind. Whatever is thought, view it as the mind's intention. Cause and effect are like non-existence, View it as the meaning of non-existence. The method of placing, the key to meditation, is: Like the murals inside a temple, With a good posture and a smiling face, Yet like having no thinking mind. Sit comfortably in whatever way your body is at ease, Do not think about not thinking. Thinking that is not an object is itself it. Therefore, rest in a state of non-thinking. Do not cut off the arising sensations and thoughts, Like lightning flashing in the sky and self-reverting. Let the arising thoughts remain as they are. Like the depths of a great ocean, Rest in a state of immovability. External appearances and thoughts are like waves, Naturally abandon them into the expanse of Dharma-nature. Do not fabricate or adulterate, it is the word of the Victorious Ones. If you fabricate, the fabricator is a demon. It is essential to rest in one's own place, Like a person afflicted by illness. Let the six consciousnesses rest in a relaxed manner, Like a person who has finished their work. Rest comfortably in a state of mental ease, Like a young child not seeing its mother. Although it appears, it has no power. With awareness, abandon your body like a corpse, In a haunted place or a leper colony, Abandon it in a manner without attachment. Rest the mind itself in the expanse of the Great Mother. Whatever memories, thoughts, or cognitions arise, Regard them as emanations of the Great Mother. The emanations of the Great Mother do not bind the realm of samsara. Like a fool with a full stomach, Rest in the destruction of conceptualizations. Abandoning the world, one will surely attain Nirvana. Emaho! There is no effort, realize this intention. The conduct is shown through examples: Like the wrathful gatekeepers, King and Kang, Although they appear fierce like wrathful wooden stakes, Yet no afflictions arise in their minds. In a place where asceticism is definitely great, Practice with an abundance of desire and thoughts. Tame obstacles with great asceticism, The absence of desire is itself the path. Like a fish swimming in the ocean, Without grasping or attachment, act freely. Like a strong wind cutting through mountain ridges, Without traces of attachment or aversion, beyond calculation. When acting upon oneself, There is no need to introduce the object and the agent of pride. Act without clinging to oneself. The enemy in a dream, Isn't it born from yourself? The accomplishments of the Yidam deity, Also arise from meditating mind on mind. Therefore, it is oneself and not another. Cutting off one's own appearances in oneself

Sa! Other foreign lands without connection cannot cause harm, like Indian poisonous snakes. Furthermore, illustrating with the example of the fruit, although one does not strive to turn butter into white, recognizing the essence of butter accomplishes whiteness. Certainly, just by recognizing the essence of butter, one does not need to accomplish whiteness from elsewhere. Similarly, although one does not strive to become a Buddha, recognizing the essence of mind accomplishes Buddhahood. Certainly, just by recognizing one's own mind, one does not need to strive to become a Buddha from elsewhere. Pride extinguished, root eradicated, victorious over all. Therefore, it cannot be accomplished from elsewhere. If one realizes this way, the hosts of demons will be pacified, and it will be self-arisen and self-pacified. Unknowing ignorance, in the Dharmadhatu, mistakingly perceives and grasps as an object. Because awareness arises in the indivisible one, one wanders in the three realms. One is mistaken in the six realms. That is also the self-nature of awareness being mistaken. Moreover, the dependent dharma, the order of vehicles, awareness is mistaken in view, meditation, and result. Those with annihilationism perceive cessation in objects. Those with eternalism perceive immutability in objects. Sravakas perceive the grasped and the grasper in objects. Pratyekabuddhas perceive emptiness in dependent origination. Cittamatrins perceive self-awareness in the mind. Madhyamikas perceive freedom from elaboration. Father tantra perceives bliss and clarity in the winds. Mother tantra perceives bliss and emptiness increasing. Means and wisdom perceive non-duality. Mahamudra perceives transcendence of mind. Dzogchen perceives primordial being as great. Thus, all awareness is awareness perceiving in objects. Those with objects are not that nature. In a mind without objects, there is no awareness. Whatever is bound by the awareness of awareness. Therefore, this unknowing ignorance,
