Hold it. Once mastered, meditate on luminosity through practice and expansion. Guiding wind and consciousness upwards is the path of transference. After the dissolution of gross and subtle, the arising of luminosity is the bardo. The conflict of gods and demons causes various physical illnesses and mental defects to arise. Possessing the power of antidotes, giving itself is meditating on various kinds of giving. Diseases arise from the cause of karma and the condition of afflictions. Expel them through the method of channels and winds, and the focus of trul khor. The aggregation of elements, the spread of suffering, and dullness are faults of the mind.
