The earth arises. The signs of mastering the five winds of the path are: mastering the upward-moving earth wind, a white, shimmering appearance like a mirage; mastering the life-sustaining water wind, a hazy blue like smoke; mastering the wind of the downward-clearing wind, a red, flickering appearance like a firefly; mastering the equally-abiding fire wind, a red, flickering appearance like a butter lamp; mastering the pervasive sky wind, an unobstructed appearance like a cloudless sky. The signs of the arising of pure vision as a result are: seeing the three supports; the sun and moon rising within oneself; flying in the sky, etc., mostly occurring in dreams. Third: The well-known signs, the qualities of the accumulation path, such as being easy to cultivate and easy to fill. Fourth: From the lineage of the Great River Tantra: "The mantra for practicing the secret essence, the Lama, will transport one to the state of a Vidyadhara with one million recitations." Therefore, it is said that this essence of mind training should be preceded by a hundred thousand recitations, followed by one million recitations over a period of six months. Thus, among the four levels of completion, if one completes the essence, one is liberated in this life at the time of death through signs; if one completes the number, one is liberated in the bardo; if one completes the qualities, one is liberated through rebirth, as the former masters have said. This is the instruction manual for the mind training of the accumulation path. Second, there are also three aspects to the hardship of the path of joining: the joining of refuge and bodhicitta; the actual method of practice; and the subsequent precepts, including the completion rate. The first also has three aspects: the generation of the support: whether generating the elaborate, medium, or concise form, one should generate only the complete signs and characteristics and attire of the pure Sambhogakaya, because this is the time to practice the Lama as the Sambhogakaya. Second, accumulating merit, and third, relying on the path is the same as before. Second, among the four grounds of the actual practice, the first is the method of expressing the sound of fame, taking letters as the path: reciting vowels and consonants four times. First, everything that appears as form is in the aspect of the bodies of the five families of deities, while the essence is the body of the Lama. Second, everything that appears as sound is in the aspect of the self-sound or essence of mantra, while the essence is the speech of the Lama. Third, everything that moves in the mind is in the aspect of clairvoyance and wisdom, while the essence is the mind of the Lama. Fourth, one should know that all of this is merely the way one's own mind manifests. Second, the difference in focusing on the four empowerments, the method of meditating on the four chakras: the crown chakra

In the center of the wheel of great bliss, the seed syllable of the Guru's body is ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) white. Recite "ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च अ, Romanized Sanskrit: abhiṣiñca a, Literal Chinese meaning: Abhisheka A). As you recite, ༀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: o, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) dissolves into light. White Vairochana, holding the supreme mudra of enlightenment, dwells in union with Buddha Locana, and from the juncture of their union, a stream of white, slender bodhicitta nectar descends, filling the body. In the center of the wheel of enjoyment at the throat, the seed syllable of the Guru's speech is ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) red. Recite "ཨཿབྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च आ, Romanized Sanskrit: abhiṣiñca ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Abhisheka Ah). As you recite, ཨཱཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) dissolves into light. Red Amitabha, holding the mudra of meditative equipoise, dwells in union with Pandaravasini, and from the juncture of their union, a stream of red, flowing bodhicitta nectar descends, and so on, similar to the previous. In the center of the wheel of dharma at the heart, the seed syllable of the Guru's mind is ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) blue. Recite "ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ།" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Abhisheka Hum). As you recite, ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) dissolves into light. Blue Akshobhya, holding the earth-touching mudra of meditative equipoise, dwells in union with Dhatvishvari, and from the juncture of their union, a stream of blue-green bodhicitta nectar arises, and so on, similar to the previous. In the center of the wheel of emanation at the navel, the seed syllable of the Guru's qualities is ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) yellow. Recite "ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧྲཱིཿ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: अभिषिञ्च ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: abhiṣiñca hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Abhisheka Hrih). As you recite, ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) dissolves into light. Yellow Ratnasambhava, holding the mudra of supreme giving, dwells in union with Mamaki, and from the juncture of their union, bodhicitta nectar of various colors arises, and so on, similar to the previous. These deities, each with their own body color, wear five silk garments and are adorned with eight precious ornaments, that is, thirteen peaceful ornaments. They sit on a lotus and moon cushion in the vajra posture. Third, the difference in recognizing the root is divided into two: meditative equipoise and subsequent attainment. In meditative equipoise, the seven points of the body are the same as before. The key point of speech is to draw in the lower wind and forcefully press down the upper wind, cutting off the flow of breath. The key point of mind is to train in the appearance of various natures. One should observe various subtle and coarse thoughts with the five eyes. The guide Rinpoche said, "By forcefully cutting off the path of movement, one binds the wind and mind to the original state of luminosity." The key to the way of looking with the five eyes is as follows. That is, regarding whether or not one feels the movement of thoughts, like a turtle, close the eyes only to the extent that the eyelids are stuck together and observe, cutting off the coming and going of wind and thoughts. For contraction and expansion, recite "ཕཊ་" (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Phat) and shatter it fiercely, placing it in a state of non-thought. As soon as one feels a thought,
