As it is said: Alternately let go and abide, guarding the unthinking, relaxed state, so that ordinary clinging to reality is reversed. Binding awareness in immutability and introducing it to naked seeing is the instruction of Toktsepa. Unfurling awareness like a banner, fixing awareness in immutability by looking at the sky in front, visualizing a clear stone, reciting "PHAṬ" (藏文,梵文天城体,phaṭ,摧破) and shattering it. In this way, meditate in short sessions with many repetitions. With the attitude of Manjushri Yeshe Sempa, shooting like an arrow and drawing back like a bow, introducing awareness-wisdom to naked seeing as unborn like the sky, is the instruction of Bipa. By looking outward in front of oneself, shooting the mind far away like an arrow, mixing it with the sky and expanding it, and leaving it there. Visualizing a clear stone and shattering it. Looking inward, drawing the mind back, relaxing in that state, abiding naturally without any modification. In this way, sometimes meditate together in short sessions with many repetitions, and sometimes meditate in long sessions with few repetitions. In this way, by practicing in accordance with one's faculties, when self-awareness, free from extremes, the wisdom free from meditator and meditation, arises continuously, then one should introduce it. There are three methods of introduction: The superior faculty is introduced forcefully with wisdom, the intermediate faculty is introduced with examples and words, and the inferior faculty is introduced by relying on words with faith. The first is: straighten the body, hold the breath, raise awareness, and let knowledge abide in its own place. By abiding in this way, this unmodified, fresh knowledge is what is called self-aware, stainless Dharmakaya. This is because, the previous ignorance, now with awareness, self-awareness is not stained by any grasper or grasped, it is the stainless nature of mind. From the very beginning, it abides naturally in this way, therefore it is Dharmakaya. Thus, it is also said in the "Manjushri Name Chant": "The first Buddha has no cause." And in the "Meaning Lineage of the Lion of Speech": "When a fortunate individual who has accumulated merit meets a noble lama, when the lama introduces the characteristics, when the wisdom of reality is practiced, it is not practiced and not separated, the meaning of not practicing is not separated, the great wisdom is continuous, this samadhi is the king of yoga, the introduction of the superior faculty." And the Holy One said: "When practicing stainless awareness, do not assist the practice with conceptual mind, it will become an obstacle." The second has three parts, the first is the water of

Introducing it like a water bubble: Although a water bubble arises, it arises from water. It also abides in the nature of water. It also dissolves into water. Similarly, when one's own thought suddenly arises, it arises from the clear and empty Dharmakaya of the mind. When it abides, it abides in the nature of the clear and empty Dharmakaya. When it ceases, it ceases in the state of the clear and empty Dharmakaya. The holy one said: Past thoughts are also liberated in the nature of non-arising of Dharma. Future thoughts also appear in the nature of non-arising of Dharma. Present thoughts also abide in the nature of non-arising of Dharma. Furthermore, when asked what the instruction of directly seeing awareness is, he said: It refers to the awareness that arises suddenly, free from grasping. That is what he said. The second introduction is like a summer flower: For example, like a summer flower, after rain falls at night, when the sunlight shines in the morning, the color of the flower is clear, bright, and radiantly inseparable from clarity, and the color does not change to another color. Awareness is clear and pure without adornment. The clarity and emptiness are inseparable, and its nature abides immutably and vividly. That is the Dharmakaya, which is called the manifestation of ordinary awareness as meditation. From the Meaning Lineage of the Lion's Roar: That itself is clear in its innate state. That itself is bright in its innate state. That itself is inseparable in its innate state. That itself is immutable in its innate state. Ordinary awareness is naturally knowing meditation. That is what it says. The third introduction is through words: The present awareness, fresh, unconditioned, free from the extremes of permanence and annihilation, that is self-aware, stainless Dharmakaya Mahamudra. The venerable one said: The previous thought has ceased, and the subsequent thought has not arisen, free from the extreme of permanence. The present awareness is clear and vivid, vividly alive, free from the extreme of annihilation. That which is free from both permanence and annihilation is the intention of the Buddha himself. That is what he said. Also, in the transmission of the wondrous lineage, it says: By grasping the root in the realm of a single introduction, one sees the profound meaning without bias. Grasp the key point of awareness with understanding. That is what it says. Therefore, the introduction for those of the lowest faculties is: One's own awareness, the present moment when the previous thought has ceased and the subsequent thought has not arisen, this fresh, self-aware, unconditioned, and unadulterated awareness is the intention of the Buddha, the co-emergent Dharmakaya Mahamudra.
