Adorned with ornaments, the two hands cross the vajra and bell at the heart, the body radiant, with a smiling face, from the state of luminous non-conceptualization, effortlessly bestowing blessings. After visualizing this, light radiates from his heart, inviting and dissolving all the lineage gurus, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, yidam deities, Shravaka-Pratyekabuddha saints, Dakinis, and Dharma protectors, visualizing them as the embodiment of all refuges. Pray with devotion, silently reciting in your heart: 'You know everything that all sentient beings do with reverence through the three doors.' Pray to the kind root guru, pray for blessings to realize immaculate wisdom. Recite as much as you can. If you wish, you can also recite lineage prayers such as 'Namo Guru, in the supreme place like the Lion Rock.' Finally, immeasurable light radiates from the three places of the root guru, striking your own three places, purifying all sins and obscurations, and receiving the four empowerments. Think that the blessings of the guru's body, speech, and mind enter you, and dissolve the guru into yourself, resting in a state of non-grasping and non-conceptualization, naturally and evenly. Fourth, the holy one said, 'For a vessel whose continuum is not yet ripened, the essence of blessings will not adhere, so first tame your own mind-stream; this is the instruction of Dombhipa.' He also said, 'Taming the mind-stream, perfecting the two accumulations, and attaining the fruition of the three bodies are simultaneous.' Therefore, after bestowing the Torma empowerment of entry, from emptiness, on a lotus and moon seat, visualize yourself as four-armed White Avalokiteshvara, inviting and dissolving all the yidams into it. Through the empowerment, visualize the lord of the family, Amitabha, on the crown of your head, inseparable from the root guru. Furthermore, with a clear form and stable non-distraction, you can perfect the accumulation of merit. With pure mindfulness, cultivate the deity appearance as being without inherent existence, like a reflection in a mirror, thereby perfecting the accumulation of wisdom. Thus, rest evenly in the state of knowing union. Second, the main part has three key points: the key point of settling the body, the key point of filling the breath, and the key point of settling the mind. First, the holy one said, 'If you want to generate experience, then arrange the body in accordance with interdependence.' Therefore, bind the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana, without moving.

In the Tantra, it is said, "Place the wind and mind in the central channel through the method of the seven dharmas." Regarding the way of looking: First, it should be low, and then gradually learn to raise it, so that obstacles are small and merits are great. That is, before the mind is grasped, grasp the mind with the peaceful eyes of the Hearers, and finally with looking. Once grasped, naturally relax with the direct gaze of the Bodhisattva. If you are attached to the experience, transform the gaze of the Wrathful One in ten directions, thereby recognizing the subsequent wisdom. Second: The Guru said, "By suppressing the arising of the five root winds, the five branch winds can be used. Understanding the many doors of interdependent arising is the instruction of Karma Vajra." Therefore, by naturally placing the three stages of arising, dissolving, and abiding, the ten winds will be under control. Third, there are three types: The superior faculties abide in the state of vast expanse; the intermediate faculties abide in naked seeing and direct encounter; and the inferior faculties abide after being subdued by various methods of subduing. The first is: The body should be upright, the mind relaxed, not holding anything in mind, naturally relaxed, and abiding in its own nature without artifice. The Guru said, "Abide without artifice." If you embellish, it is like getting off a horse and riding a donkey. Therefore, if conceptual thoughts arise, neither look at them nor follow them, but abide in your own nature without artifice. Like smashing a bright stone, smash it and abide in your own nature. The second is: Speech Lion said to the Guru, "Look greatly at whatever arises. Naturally place it on the basis of what it is. Once grasped, smash and abandon it. Practice on that very thing. Take responsibility on the basis of whatever arises." There are two aspects to this: Taking whatever arises in external appearances as practice, that is, without blocking the sense faculties, look nakedly at whatever arises in the objects of the six senses, and naturally abide on the basis of seeing that it is without inherent existence. Like smashing a bright stone with a 'Phat!', smash it and abide in the ordinary self-nature. By abiding in this way, the radiance does not cease, and the essence does not establish anything, but is open. Realizing the inseparability of appearance and emptiness is called self-arisen wisdom, so practice it constantly. Taking whatever arises in inner awareness as practice, that is, Sara ha said to the Guru, "The image that appears in the mirror of the mind is the arising of conditions, but in reality it is not born." Therefore, whatever conceptual thoughts arise in the mind, carefully observe what their essence is. By observing, the coarse appearances such as conceptual thoughts will appear as appearance-emptiness and sound-emptiness, and the subtle ones will be naturally purified.
