Om, Pratitsa Vajra Ho! Again, generate the intention of tying that flower on your own head. Then recite "Sakshu Prabeshaya Phet" and open your eyes. Hey Vajra, look, Ho! Because you have the fortune to see the face of the venerable Vajrayogini, generate the intention of being happy to see her face. Hand over the sindhura (a red pigment) mandala and place it on your head, and recite: Yogini is the form of mantra. Mantra is the form of Yogini. There is no difference between deity and mantra. Look at this beautiful mandala. Recite like this. By this, obtain any one of the three arrivals of body, speech, and mind, and the three appearances of body, speech, and mind, and please recognize it. Up to this point, the blessing of Vajrayogini is completed. Now, to bestow the four empowerments, first is the vase empowerment: Visualize that from the heart of the main deity of the mandala, the emanation empowerment deities are holding vases filled with wisdom nectar and bestowing empowerment. Hum! In the uncreated original nature, the sun of reality wisdom rises, self-manifesting and unobstructed, everything is clear. Blessing is like this. Through the blessing of the venerable mother, may the vase empowerment be obtained. Recite like this, place the vase on the head, and pour the vase water. By this, purify the defilements of the body, and obtain the Nirmanakaya fruit. Until that fruit is obtained, also contemplate the aggregates, elements, and sense bases as deities, and have the power to meditate. Because the object of experience appears as emptiness, please cultivate detachment. To stabilize this, the mandala deities scatter auspicious flowers, and recite: Om Supratistha Vajra Ye Svaha. And generate the intention of the empowerment deities dissolving into oneself. Second is the secret empowerment: Visualize the union of the Lama Heruka father and mother, the bodhicitta flowing from the secret place of the dakini mixed with the nectar in the kapala, being given on the tongue. Hum! In the unwavering dharma nature, the insubstantial mind nature is clear, the clinging thoughts naturally dissipate. Blessing is like this. Through the blessing of the venerable mother, may the supreme secret empowerment be obtained. Recite like this, pouring the nectar three times. By this, purify the defilements of speech, and obtain the Sambhogakaya fruit. Until that fruit is obtained, cut off the thoughts that are not food, and the reality of the channels, vajra body, and the wind

Empowerment to meditate with the four empowerments. Since the experience of mind dawns as clear emptiness, cultivate it without attachment. The third is the wisdom empowerment: Taking from the center of the sindhura mandala with the left thumb and forefinger, make bindus on the four places, and with the blessing of dissolving the guru, yidam, and dakinis, ignite the tummo, and generate the wisdom of the four joys of melting the elements. Hūṃ. From wiping the mirror of the mind, the image of pure self-appearance dawns. Experience unreal bliss, this is called blessing. By the blessing of the venerable mother, may I obtain the supreme third empowerment. Saying this, make sindhura bindus on the crown, throat, heart, and navel with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Hrīḥ (藏文:ༀ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽啥). By this, purify the obscurations of the mind, and obtain the fruit of the Dharmakāya. Until that is obtained, empower to rely on the path of the Great Seal, destroying the fault of the separation of skillful means and wisdom. Since the experience of bliss and emptiness dawns, cultivate it without attachment. The fourth is the word empowerment: Arrange the body in the seven-point posture, let the breath rest naturally, and nakedly look at the self-face of whatever arises in the mind, and rest without establishing or rejecting. Hūṃ. Look, look at your own mind, looking at it nothing is accomplished. In the nature of the unaccomplished mind, various appearances are very wonderful. Holding onto things accumulates habitual tendencies, without self-nature is Buddha. By the blessing of the venerable mother, may I obtain the supreme fourth empowerment. The meaning is to recognize one's own mind as the co-emergent wisdom of great bliss, rootless. By this, purify the subtle stains of the three doors, and obtain the fruit of the Svābhāvikakāya. Until that is obtained, abandon the conceptual thoughts of holding onto saṃsāra and nirvāṇa as different, and empower to meditate on the Great Seal. Since the realization of the rootless nature of mind dawns, cultivate it without attachment. By this, the main part is finished. Finally, there are five subsequent permissions. The first is the subsequent permission of entrusting the guru lineage: This empowerment is the venerable Vajrayoginī, Jālandhara the Black One, Ḍombipa, Je Dampa the Indian, until now, the special one where the stream of blessings and empowerments has not ceased. You should also take hold of the guru's lineage and benefit others. The second is entrusting the yidam: The teacher recites the mantra of the three purifications, purifying the three doors of body, speech, and mind.
