Being under the power of delusion, I confess before the supreme deity, with a mind of regret and remorse, whatever transgressions there may have been against the body, speech, and mind of the Lama, the Protector, and all his retinue. You who act as messengers for the wisdom command activities, Kshetrapala Jinamitra, Takkiraja Trakshad Remati, the ten directional protectors, and the pure lineage, please listen. Just as you have promised and vowed, I confess that I have failed to accomplish my activities without distraction, and that I have not offered the ransom in due time with flesh and blood torma offerings. Because I have no clairvoyance, I have not recognized faults and errors, and I have not subdued with fierce activities those who destroy the teachings and are enemies of the Lama's body, but have revealed secrets and shown affection, I confess. I confess all the faults and errors, such as breaking vows, mixing with impure talk, eating food that has been defiled, small offerings, deficient essence, contradictions, and confusion. I confess the breaking of the body's samaya. The samaya of speech. The samaya of mind. The root samaya. The branch samaya. Knowing. Not knowing. By making this confession to purify transgressions and defilements, may the glorious Protector and all his retinue, accept us with forbearance like parents and children, and grant me all siddhis at this time. Although there is no object of confession or act of confessing, in order to purify the habitual tendencies of conceptual thought, may I attain great bliss by confessing greatly to all the supreme beings of the noble land. It is also acceptable to omit the supplication and confession by forgetting to recite them. Then the recitation is: From the HUM at my heart, the rosary of mantras, black in color, radiating red light, abiding like a rosary bead, with five kinds of light strung together like a thread, emerges from my mouth and enters the mouth of the Protector, dissolving into the HUM at the Protector's heart. Again, it arises from the HUM, emerges from the Protector's navel, enters my navel, and dissolves into the HUM at my heart. Thus, constantly visualize it revolving like a wheel. oṃ vajra mahākāla kṣiṃ kṣetra vighnān vināyaka hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ svāhā. Recite the essence mantra as much as possible. The fierce recitation, with clear visualization: oṃ śrī mahākāla śāsana, upa hariṇi, eṣo pañcima, kālo'yaṃ idaṃ ratna trayāya, apakarīṇaṃ, yata.

i pratijñā. smara sitā dā. idaṃ duṣṭaṃ. khāhi khāhi. māra māra. gṛhṇa gṛhṇa. bandha bandha. hana hana. daha daha. paca paca. dīna me kena mārāya hūṃ phaṭ. This is a wrathful mantra, said to contain all three: summoning, cursing, and killing. Oṃ śrī devi hūṃ phaṭ. This is the name mantra of the goddess. Oṃ kṣetra pāla vighnan hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ jina mitra paśaṃ kuru hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ ṭakki rāja samaya bhyoḥ duja hūṃ phaṭ. Oṃ du yogaja mahā kāla trakṣad hūṃ phaṭ. These are the heart mantras of the four workers. After reciting as much as possible, finally offer the torma. Purify with vajra amṛta. Cleanse with svabhāva. From emptiness, Yaṃ becomes wind. Raṃ becomes fire. Kaṃ becomes three human head supports. On top of that, from A comes a skull cup, spacious and wide, filled with five meats from bhrūṃ āṃ jriṃ khaṃ hūṃ. Five amṛtas from lāṃ māṃ pāṃ tāṃ baṃ. In the sky above, Oṃ is white, A is the moon, and Hūṃ is a stacked vajra. The wind stirs, the fire blazes. The five meats and five amṛtas dissolve into light. A stream of amṛta descends from the three seed syllables. The light from them invites and dissolves the three vajras of all Buddhas into the amṛta of wisdom. Oṃ, the moon, and the vajra also dissolve into light and dissolve, becoming an inexhaustible ocean of amṛta, rich in color, smell, taste, power, and strength. Bless by reciting Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ three times. The tongue of the Protector and his retinue, through a red vajra tube of light arising from Hūṃ, draws in the torma and, being satisfied with the uncontaminated bliss, becomes delighted. At the end of the heart mantra: idaṃ baliṃta kha kha khāhi khāhi. Oṃ vajra mahā kāla kṣiṃ kṣetra vighnān vināyaka traka rakmo baliṃta maṃsa rakta rutira kha kha khāhi khāhi.
