མས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག །ཡི་དམ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག །དཔའ་བོ་དང་དཔའ་མོར་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས༴ སངས་རྒྱས་དང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས༴ དཔལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མགོན་པོ་ཕྱག་དྲུག་པའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས། ཡེ་ཤེས་ལ་སྒྲིབ་པ་མི་མངའ་བ། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ལ་ཕྱི་བཤོལ་མི་མངའ་བ། །མཐུ་དང་ནུས་པ་ལ་ཐོགས་པ་མི་མངའ་བ། བྱིན་རླབས་ལ་རྒྱང་རིང་ཐུང་མི་མངའ་བ། ཁྱེད་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུའི་སྒོ་ནས་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག །གསུང་གི་སྒོ་ནས༴ ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྒོ་ནས༴ སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཕྲིན་ལས་མི་ཟད་པའི་སྒོ་ནས༴ ད་ལྟ་ཉིད་དུ༴ མྱུར་པ་ཉིད་དུ༴ འདུག་ས་འདི་ཉིད་དུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་ཏུ་གསོལ། །བླ་མ་མགོན་པོ་དབྱེར་མེད་ལ། །བདག་ནི་དད་པས་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཀྱི། །བདག་དང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །ཉོན་མོངས་མ་ལུས་བསལ་བ་དང༌། །དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་སྩལ་དུ་ གསོལ། །དེ་ནས་བཤགས་པ་བྱ་བ་ནི། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཡི་གེ་བརྒྱ་པ་ལན་ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བཟླས་པའི་མཐར། རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་དང་དཔལ་ལྡན་ཤཱ་བཱ་རི། །རྒྱལ་བ་མི་ཏྲ་གྲུབ་ཆེན་རཱ་ཧུ་ལ། །ཨ་མི་དེ་བ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་ར་དང༌། །ཧ་ཡ་གྲཱི་བ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་དཔལ། །ཁྱུང་པོ་ཛོ་ཀི་རཏྣ་བིརྻ་དང༌། །དྷརྨ་སིངྷ་དྷརྨ་པྲ་ཛྙཱ་དང༌། །བིརྻ་སིདྷ་མཁས་གྲུབ་ཆོས་རྗེ་སོགས། །རིན་ཆེན་བརྒྱུད་པའི་བླ་མ་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །འགྲོ་བའི་རེ་སྐོང་ཡོན་ཏན་རབ་རྫོགས་པའི། །བརྒྱུད་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ལ། །དག་པ་གཉིས་ལྡན་ཆོས་སྐུར་མ་རྟོགས་པར། །འཇིག་རྟེན་རྟོག་བཅས་དབང་གྱུར་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དང་ཡོན་ཏན་ཕྲིན་ལས་དང༌། །ཕྱི་ནང་གསང་བའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །བདག་ཅག་ཐེག་མཆོག་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྒོར་ཞུགས་ནས། །རྩ་བ་ཡན་ལག་འགལ་ཉམས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །མཐུ་སྟོབས་ནུས་པ་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ཤིང༌། །སྐད་ཅིག་དྲན་པས་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་སོལ། །འདུ་འབྲལ་མེད་པར་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྟེར་མཛད་པའི། །ཡེ་ཤེས་མགོན་པོ་ཕྱག་དྲུག་དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ། །དུར་ཁྲོད་ནགས་འདབས་ཆུ་གླིང་བས་མཐའ་རུ། །ཕྱི་ནང་རྟེན་དང་དམ་རྫས་ཚོགས་གྱུར་ནས། །བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་བསྐང་བཤགས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་མ་གྲུབ་པར། །ལེ་ལོ་གཡེང་བའི་དབང་གྱུར་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །ཁྱད་པར་གསང་བའི་རྟེན་མཆོག་བླ་ན་མེད། །བླ་མ་མགོན་པོ་དབྱེར་མེད་བདེ་ཆེན་སྐུ། །ཁྱོད་ལ་ཡིད་ཆེས་མོས་གུས་འབྲལ་མེད་ཀྱིས། །རྣམ་དག་ཆོས་སྐུར་མ་རྟོགས་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །བདག་ནི་མ་རིག

请加持！本尊坛城之诸神众请加持！勇士与勇母等请加持！诸佛与菩萨一切请加持！ 具德智慧之怙主六臂之神众，于智慧无有遮障者，于慈悲无有推延者，于威力与能力无有阻碍者，于加持无有远近者，您等以身之门加持，以语之门加持，以意之门加持，以身语意功德事业无尽之门加持，现在即刻，迅速即刻，于此座处加持之！ 喇嘛怙主无别者，我以虔诚而祈祷，我与一切有情之，所有烦恼消除及，所有成就赐予之，祈请！ 其后忏悔之行为，念诵金刚萨埵百字明二十一遍之后， 金刚持与具德夏瓦日，胜者弥扎大成就者罗睺罗，阿弥陀佛、洛给夏瓦ra与，马头明王、莲花生大士具德，琼波觉奇、ra那bi日亚与，达玛僧哈、达玛扎嘉与，bi日亚悉达、智者成就法王等，珍宝传承之喇嘛请垂念！ 成就利乐圆满功德之，具传承喇嘛三世佛陀，于具二清净法身未证悟，为世间分别所缚我忏悔。 身语意与功德事业及，内外秘密之诸神请垂念， 我等入于大乘密咒之门后，根本支分违犯失坏我忏悔。 威力力量能力事业皆圆满，刹那忆念消除一切诸障碍， 无有分离赐予成就之，智慧怙主六臂请垂念！ 尸林、森林边缘、水洲之边际，内外所依与誓物汇集后， 念诵修持圆满忏悔不如法，为懒惰散乱所缚我忏悔。 特别秘密所依殊胜无上者，喇嘛怙主无别大乐身， 于您信心敬信无离别，未证清净法身我忏悔。 我乃无明。

Bless! May the deities of the Yidam mandala bless! May all the heroes and heroines bless! May all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas bless! The deities of the glorious six-armed Wisdom Protector, Who have no obscurations to wisdom, Who have no delay in compassion, Who have no obstacles to power and ability, Who have no distance of near or far to blessings, May you bless through the door of your body! Through the door of speech! Through the door of mind! Through the inexhaustible door of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity! Right now! Immediately! Please bless this very place where we sit! To the Lama Protector, inseparable, I pray with devotion. May all the afflictions of myself and all sentient beings be removed, And may all accomplishments be granted! Then, the act of confession: After reciting the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra twenty-one times: Vajradhara and glorious Shavari, Victorious Mitra, great accomplished Rahula, Amitabha, Lokeshvara, and Hayagriva, Padmasambhava glorious, Kyungpo Jogi, Ratnabirya, and Dharmasimha, Dharmaprajna, and Biryasiddha, wise and accomplished Dharma Raja, etc., Precious lineage Lamas, please heed! Fulfilling the hopes of beings, perfectly complete with qualities, Lineage-holding Lamas, Buddhas of the three times, Not realizing the Dharmakaya with two purities, I confess to being bound by worldly thoughts. Body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, And deities of outer, inner, and secret, please heed! We who have entered the gate of the supreme vehicle of mantra, I confess to transgressions and breakages of root and branch. Power, strength, ability, and activity are all complete, May all obstacles be removed by a moment's remembrance. Unseparated, granting accomplishments, Wisdom Protector, six-armed, please heed! In charnel grounds, forest edges, and water island boundaries, Outer and inner supports and samaya substances gathered, Without completing recitation, practice, fulfillment, and confession properly, I confess to being bound by laziness and distraction. Especially the supreme, unsurpassed secret support, Lama Protector, inseparable Great Bliss Body, With unwavering faith and devotion to you, I confess to not realizing the pure Dharmakaya. I am ignorant.
