From Oṃ (Tibetan: ཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Oṃ) arises a lotus, and from Raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Raṃ) arises the sun. From the white Gaṃ (Tibetan: གཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: gaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Gaṃ) dissolving into light, arises the glorious lord of hosts, with a white body, elephant head, and three eyes. The right hand holds the Sai Ning Bo (sāi níng bō) with leaves, consuming it in the mouth. The left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar, adorned with silk and jewels, residing in a reclining posture. Above it, from the dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) arises a hooked knife marked with Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ). From it, rays of light emanate, destroying all fierce enemies and obstacles, offering to the noble ones, and benefiting sentient beings. It then reassembles and dissolves, completely transforming, from which arises the Swift-Acting Wisdom Protector. The six-armed protector, fulfilling the hopes of beings in accordance with the Dharma, with a body as black as the clouds at the end of an eon, one face and six arms, three red and round eyes gazing fiercely. The mouth is open, baring fangs, the tongue curled, laughing loudly. The beard and eyebrows, and the hair are reddish-yellow and stand on end. The forehead is smeared with sindhura. The crown is sealed with the immovable king. The first right hand holds a vajra hook knife, and the first left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, held up and down at the heart. The second right hand holds a dry skull rosary, and the last hand violently shakes a damaru. The second left hand holds a trident, and the last hand holds a vajra lasso. Both feet have the power to completely suppress the three realms, in an equal posture, with the right foot bent and the left foot extended, trampling on the king of obstacles. Wearing a tiger skin loincloth, tied with a green silk belt. A blue snake binds the hair, red earrings, mottled armlets, white necklace, yellow bracelets, green sash, white anklets and belt. All hands and feet are adorned with strings of tinkling bells. The limbs are thick, short, and strong, with boundless majesty. Adorned with a crown of five dry human heads, topped with jewels, and a necklace of fifty wet, bleeding human heads. Adorned with six bone ornaments, uttering a terrifying roar like a dragon, destroying all demons and obstacles. Residing in the center of a blazing mass of wisdom fire like the fire of the eon, leaning against a sandalwood tree.

The Sovereign Mother, with a black body, holds aloft a black demon-wood staff in her right hand, and holds a disease pouch in her left. She dwells amidst a whirlwind of fire and wind, riding a three-legged mule-horse. She is surrounded by hundreds of thousands of attendants, including flesh-eaters, matrikas, and dakinis. In front of the main deity, from Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) arises the yaksha Kshetrapala, with a dark blue-black body, mouth open and teeth bared, shouting terrifyingly at enemies. From his nostrils blows the wind of the end of time. His right hand raises a curved knife into the sky, causing fear in all gods and non-gods. His left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, containing the hearts of enemies and obstructors, which he feeds to the main deity's mouth. He rides a black, mad bear. To the right, from bhyaḥ (Tibetan: བྷྱོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्यो, Sanskrit Romanization: bhyaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Terror) arises the Sovereign Jina Mitra, with a red-black body. His right hand shakes a damaru drum, and his left hand holds a skull cup. Behind, from dzaḥ (Tibetan: ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Dza) arises Yama Takkira Raja, with a red-black body. His right hand throws a lasso at enemies, and his left hand makes a threatening gesture at harm-doers. To the left, the Karma Demon Great Protector Trakshad, with a black body, his right hand thrusts a three-pronged red spear into the heart of enemies, and his left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood. His upper teeth bite down on his lower lip. He wears a black silk cloak and Shakti long boots, and a gold belt is tied around his waist. He rides a black demon horse with white hooves. All four are fully adorned with the attire of wrathful workers. Outside of them, in the east is Indra, in the southeast is the Fire God, in the south is Yama, in the southwest is Rakshasa, in the west is the Water God, in the northwest is the Wind God, in the north is Yaksha, in the northeast is Bhuta, above is Brahma, and below is the Earth Lord, these are the ten directional protectors. Furthermore, there are the eight great gods, the eight great nagas, the eight great planets, the nine great terrifiers, the twenty-eight constellations, and the four great kings, totaling seventy-five Tsen protectors, all surrounded by a retinue of millions. Outside of them is the ocean-like army of oath-bound ones, who delight in flesh, revel in blood, are without compassion, mouths agape, eyes bloodshot, holding various cruel weapons in their hands, and who in an instant can seize the life-breath of all beings. On the foreheads of all of them is a white OM (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 嗡), on the throats is a red AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: 阿), and in the hearts is a blue HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽). From the HUNG (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) in one's own heart, rays of light emanate. From the great charnel ground in the southeast, a cool grove, from beneath a single sandalwood tree, swiftly comes the six-armed Protector of Wisdom, above are the root and lineage lamas, to the right is the hero with fierceness, to the left is the heroine with a smile, the attendant field-protecting messengers, and all the oath-bound ocean of hosts, in an instant, the sound of the damaru and bell jingling, sili li, khrolo lo, rushing and flashing forth. Glorious Protector with retinue, Please come to this mandala place! Kṣetrapala and so forth, Assembly of yakshas who obey the retinue, Those who have vowed to protect the teachings, Please come, ocean of oath-bound ones! Having come to this mandala place, Please accept this adorned torma, And show signs and omens, And accomplish the entrusted activities! After "OM Vajra Mahakala Saparivara," recite twenty-one long KSHIM (Tibetan: ཀྵིཾ།). Then, in the place of KSHIM (Tibetan: ཀྵིཾ།), insert "E HYE HI" (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི།) and "Vajra Sama Jaḥ" (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ), reciting each three times, inviting Swift Action with retinue.
