The basis. Six types of hand seals with skull garlands and necklaces, anointed with vermillion, Wisdom Protector... Various weapons, ornaments, and countless offerings for viewing, with actual offerings and mind-emanated ones, Wisdom Protector... Approaching and accomplishing the unsurpassed Bodhi, and the four actions' wheel of protection, repulsion, and fierceness, with the empowerment of manifest conduct, knowledge mantras, and curses, Wisdom Protector... The sixteen vidyādharī's play of the four joys, and cutting off the root of the three poisons and three realms, with the secret of union and liberation, gaṇacakra, Wisdom Protector... In the state of blazing and dripping, great bliss, saṃsāra and nirvāṇa as illusion, the deity's form of self-arisen luminosity, free from elaboration, with the supreme Mahāmudrā and common eight siddhis, Wisdom Protector... The basis, practice, offering, fulfillment, especially the samaya substances, and the wealth and happiness of existence and peace, completely filling the expanse of dharmadhātu sky. Having fulfilled the heart commitment of the close ones in the expanse, purify and restore the impairments, deteriorations, contradictions, and confusions of body, speech, mind, root, and branches, bestow unobstructed activities and siddhis, protect the Dharma wheel, solitary places, and yogi retinues, pacify all outer, inner, and secret obstacles, repel the hindrances to accomplishing Bodhi, save from all fears of this life, the next life, and the bardo, increase people, wealth, and food, expand the teaching and practice gatherings, may the general Buddhist teachings and especially the teachings of the practice lineage, increase like the waxing moon, do not forget the generation of the mind and the important commitments, always look with compassion upon the devoted disciples, bless body, speech, and mind, and accomplish all desired purposes spontaneously, as easily as looking at a number that is being added to.

如果想要简略地汇集，就按照恰美仁波切所造的这样来做： 吽 (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: 吽)！ 迅猛怙主及其眷属， 我以虔诚之心来圆满。 弥补过失，修复破损处， 净化所有懊悔与仇恨。 天铁之角与闪电之舌， 犹如乌云翻滚之毛发， 以牦牛、绵羊、绸缎装饰， 以此圆满怙主及其眷属之誓言。 以柔韧竹枝、秃鹫羽毛装饰， 以天铁精炼之箭镞相连， 以黑色绸缎头饰飘动， 以此圆满怙主及其眷属之誓言。 对于憎恨佛法之仇敌， 以手血淋淋取出其心肝， 以珍宝、谷物、药物精华充满， 以此圆满怙主及其眷属之誓言。 与三宝无别之上师， 与无二迅猛怙主， 以强烈信心之定解， 以此圆满怙主及其眷属之誓言。 以巨大血肉食子堆积如山， 以酒与血如海般满溢， 以真实供养、意幻供养无量， 以此圆满怙主及其眷属之誓言。 我已圆满您之誓言， 您请成办所托之事。 侍奉之时莫疏远， 呼唤之时莫失聪， 修持之时莫懈怠， 摇动之时莫扬尘， 派遣之时莫迟缓。 如侍奉上师般莫逞威， 如侍奉朋友般莫邪恶， 如侍奉亲眷般莫羞愧， 如侍奉母亲般莫伤心， 如侍奉姐妹般莫生厌， 如侍奉仆人般莫疏远。 酬谢往昔所作之业， 引导当下所作之食， 奉献未来所作之供养。 愿能圆满神圣誓言， 愿能成就所托事业。 之后是忏悔： 吽 (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: 吽)！ 怙主及其眷属尊前， 我因无知放纵所致， 供品不全，供养不足， 生起次第不明，咒语不净， 粗磨香料不齐备， 以及伤害黑狗等， 所有罪过皆忏悔， 赐予无障清净之成就。 据说此仪轨中还要念诵百字明咒。 相传是桑吉年顿所造的圆满仪轨，但并非年顿之语，而是乡村咒师不精通，只是耳闻一些宁玛派的词句而已。

Iron horns and tongues of lightning, With hair like churning black clouds, Adorned with yak, sheep, and silk, With this, fulfill the sacred commitment of the Protector and retinue. Adorned with flexible bamboo and eagle feathers, Connected with iron-refined arrowheads, With waving black silk banners, With this, fulfill the sacred commitment of the Protector and retinue. For enemies who hate the teachings, Their hearts and livers are taken out raw by hand, Filled with the essence of jewels, grains, and medicine, With this, fulfill the sacred commitment of the Protector and retinue. The Three Jewels in person, and the Lama, Inseparable from the Swift-acting Protector, With the certainty of strong faith, With this, fulfill the sacred commitment of the Protector and retinue. A great red torma piled up like a mountain, Beer and rakta overflowing like a sea, With countless real and imagined offerings, With this, fulfill the sacred commitment of the Protector and retinue. I have fulfilled your sacred commitment, Please accomplish the tasks entrusted to you. When serving, do not be distant, When calling, do not be deaf, When practicing, do not be lazy, When waving, do not raise dust, When sending, do not be slow. Serving as a master, do not be arrogant, Serving as a friend, do not be evil, Serving as a relative, do not be ashamed, Serving as a mother, do not be heartbroken, Serving as a sister, do not be jealous, Serving as a servant, do not be distant. Give thanks for past deeds, Guide the food of present deeds, Offer the offerings of future deeds. May the sacred commitment be fulfilled, May the entrusted tasks be accomplished. Then, the confession: Hūṃ (藏文: ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体: हुं，梵文罗马拟音: hūṃ，汉语字面意思: Seed syllable Hūṃ)! Before the Protector and retinue, Due to my ignorance and indulgence, The supports are incomplete, the offerings are small, The generation stage is unclear, the mantra is impure, The coarsely ground incense is not complete, And harming black dogs, etc., All faults I confess, Grant unobstructed pure accomplishments. It is said that in this ritual, the hundred-syllable mantra of the secret teachings should also be recited. The fulfillment ritual said to be composed by Sangye Nyenton does not seem to be the words of Nyenton, but rather the words of an unskilled village mantra practitioner who has only heard some Nyingma phrases.
