Please bless me through your speech! Please bless me through your mind! Please bless me through the inexhaustible ways of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities! Bless me right now! Bless me swiftly! Bless me in this very place! Inseparably one with the Lama and Protector, I pray with devotion, may all the afflictions of myself and all sentient beings be completely eliminated, and may all attainments be bestowed upon me. Secondly, dispelling negativity: On the crown of the Protector's head is the root Lama, Vajrasattva, with a white body, right hand holding a five-pronged crystal vajra pointed towards the heart, left hand holding a skull cup filled with nectar on the meditation mudra, seated in the vajra posture, radiating immeasurable light from his body. Light radiates from his heart, inviting all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to descend in the form of the deities of body, speech, and mind vajra, and abide in the sky above. After reciting the Vajrasattva Hundred Syllable Mantra twenty-one times, Vajradhara and glorious Shavari, Victor Maitreya and the great accomplished Rahula, Amitabha and Lokeshvara, Hayagriva and Padmasambhava, Kyungpo Jogi and Ratna Virya, Dharma Simha and Dharma Prajna, Virya Simha and Shangton Chöje, and all the precious lineage Lamas, please listen! Fulfilling the hopes of beings, with qualities that are extremely perfect, lineage Lamas, Buddhas of the three times, I confess to not realizing the Dharmakaya with two purities, and being controlled by worldly conceptual thoughts. Body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, and all the deities of outer, inner, and secret, please listen! We have entered the gate of the supreme vehicle of mantra, and we confess to violating the root and branch vows. May you, with power, strength, ability, and perfect activities, eliminate all obstacles with a moment's recollection, and bestow attainments without separation.

赐予成就之，智慧怙主六臂祈垂念。尸林森林边，水洲环绕处，内外依怙誓物汇集后，亲近修持圆满忏悔未如法，为懒惰散乱所控诉忏悔。特别是殊胜秘密无上依怙，上师怙主无别大乐身，对您以不离的信心敬仰，未证悟清净法身我忏悔。我为无明迷惑所控制，对上师怙主及眷属等，身语意相违背之处，怀着惭愧后悔之心，于诸神之尊您面前我忏悔。行智慧教敕事业之使者，克舍札巴拉吉那弥扎，札吉惹匝札恰热玛德，十方护法及清净种姓祈垂念。如您所承诺立誓，我之事业无有散乱成办之，若有灰心丧气，以血肉朵玛食子，未按时酬补我忏悔。因无有神通未觉察罪过，对损毁佛法及上师之仇敌，未以猛厉事业诛灭，泄露秘密行慈爱我忏悔。违犯誓言，染污附着，杂语混食等，供品微薄，精华缺失，违背错谬等，所有罪过错谬之众，怀着惭愧后悔之心我忏悔。身之誓言违犯我忏悔，语之誓言违犯我忏悔，意之誓言违犯我忏悔，根本誓言违犯我忏悔，支分誓言违犯我忏悔，觉知誓言违犯我忏悔，未觉知誓言违犯我忏悔，为净除违犯染污而作此忏悔，上师怙主及眷属等，如父母子女般容忍受纳，祈请于此时赐予一切成就。虽无有忏悔及所忏悔之对境，为清净分别念之习气，于至尊上师诸圣地，以猛烈忏悔愿获大乐。第三，降伏要害：怙主头顶之恩重根本上师，身色红色，右手持颅器

In charnel grounds, forest edges, surrounded by water isles, Outer and inner supports and samaya substances gathered, Until approach and accomplishment, fulfillment and confession are properly completed, Being controlled by laziness and distraction, I confess. Especially the supreme secret support, unsurpassed, Guru Protector, inseparable Great Bliss Body, With unwavering faith and devotion towards you, Not realizing the pure Dharmakaya, I confess. I am controlled by ignorance and delusion, Whatever conflicts with the body, speech, and mind Of the Guru Protector and all retinue, With a mind of shame and regret, Before you, supreme deity, I confess. Who performs the activities of the wisdom command, Kshetrapala, Jina Mitra, Takkiraja, Trakshad Remati, Guardians of the ten directions and pure lineage, I beseech you to heed me. As you have pledged and vowed, To accomplish my activities without distraction, If I have become discouraged, and with flesh and blood torma offerings, Have not given timely compensation, I confess. Lacking clairvoyance, not realizing faults, Towards those who destroy the teachings and enemies of the guru, Not subduing them with fierce activities, Revealing secrets and acting with kindness, I confess. Broken samayas, defilement, mixed speech and food, Meager offerings, loss of essence, contradictions, errors, etc., Whatever faults and errors there may be, With a mind of shame and regret, I confess. Breaking the samaya of body, I confess. Breaking the samaya of speech, I confess. Breaking the samaya of mind, I confess. Breaking the root samaya, I confess. Breaking the branch samaya, I confess. Knowingly breaking the samaya, I confess. Unknowingly breaking the samaya, I confess. By making this confession to purify broken samayas and defilements, May the Guru Protector and all retinue, Accept and tolerate me like parents and children, I pray that all siddhis be granted at this time. Although there is no object of confession or that which is confessed, In order to purify the habitual tendencies of conceptual thought, To the supreme and holy beings of the land, By confessing intensely, may great bliss be attained.
