萨玛雅 贝哦 杜 匝 吽 帕！ 嗡 杜 瑜伽 匝 玛哈嘎拉 札恰 吽 帕！ 此为四业者的心髓。如是念诵，无论何事皆能成就，最终，祈请怙主及其眷属的舌头，从吽字（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）中生出的红色金刚光芒之管，迎请朵玛，令其心续以无漏之乐满足而欢喜。心髓之后，加上“伊当 巴林达 卡卡卡嘿 卡嘿”或者“嗡 班杂 玛哈嘎拉 钦 刹扎 威格南 威那亚嘎 札嘎 惹摩 巴林达 芒萨 惹达 汝地惹 卡卡卡嘿 卡嘿”。同样，对眷属们，在心髓之后，加上“伊当 巴林达 卡卡卡嘿 卡嘿！”，念诵三次供养。以玛哈嘎拉及其眷属阿刚等供养。如上供养内供。 吽！ 顶礼速行观世音！ 足踏维那亚嘎，身佩足钏。 大黑天，身着虎皮裙。 六臂，以蛇饰庄严。 右手持弯刀，中间持念珠。 下面猛烈摇动达玛茹鼓。 左手持颅碗和三叉戟。 同样，手持绳索束缚。 张开忿怒之口，露出獠牙。 三眼，忿怒的头发向上燃烧。 前额涂抹朱砂红点。 头顶以不动明王印玺加持。 佩戴五十颗滴血人头项链。 以五个珍贵颅骨为头饰。 从木头中显现，接受朵玛。 顶礼赞叹具德六臂者。 为了守护殊胜的佛法， 为了赞颂殊胜的佛宝， 为了我和弟子眷属们， 消除一切违缘障碍， 祈请迅速赐予一切所愿成就。 焚烧楞伽三城， 守护佛法，摧毁魔军。 一面六臂大黑天， 恐怖之身，我赞叹您！ 贝哦！ 在血海翻滚的中央， 骑乘高大的骡子，光芒四射。 青黑色身，一面二臂。 手持魔鬼的占卜板和疾病的口袋。 身之化身守护佛法， 语之化身摇动三界， 意不改变，利益众生。

Samaya Bhya Ho! Du Ja Hum Phet! Om Du Yoga Ja Mahakala Trakshad Hum Phet! This is the essence of the four workers. Having recited thus, whatever is desired will be accomplished. Finally, by inviting the torma with the red vajra light tube that arises from the tongue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, IAST: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum) of the Protector and his retinue, their mindstream is satisfied with uncontaminated bliss and they become delighted. At the end of the essence, add "Idam Balimta Kha Kha Kha Hi Kha Hi" or "Om Vajra Mahakala Kshrim Kshetra Bighnan Vinayaka Traka Ragmo Balimta Mamsa Rakta Rudhira Kha Kha Kha Hi Kha Hi." Similarly, for the retinue, at the end of the essence, add "Idam Balimta Kha Kha Kha Hi Kha Hi!" and offer it three times. Offer to Mahakala and his retinue with Argham etc. Offer the inner offering as above. Hum! I prostrate to the Swift-Acting Avalokiteshvara! He tramples Vinayaka with anklets on his feet. The Great Black One, wearing a tiger skin loincloth. Six-armed, adorned with snake ornaments. The right hand holds a curved knife, the middle one holds a rosary. The last one fiercely shakes the Damaru drum. The left hand holds a skull cup and a trident. Similarly, holding a lasso, he binds. Opening his fierce mouth, he bares his fangs. Three eyes, fierce hair blazing upwards. His forehead is smeared with a Sindhura red dot. On his crown, he relies on the seal of Akshobhya. He wears a necklace of fifty bleeding human heads. His head is adorned with five precious skull cups. Appearing from the wood, he accepts the torma. I prostrate and praise the glorious six-armed one. To protect the sacred Buddha Dharma, To praise the sacred glory of the Three Jewels, For me, the teacher, and all our retinue, May all adverse conditions and obstacles be pacified, I pray that all desired attainments be swiftly granted. Burning the three cities of Lanka, Protecting the Buddha's teachings, destroying the armies of demons. One face, six arms, Great Black One, I praise you, who have a terrifying form! Bhya! In the midst of a churning ocean of blood, Riding on a large mule, blazing with glory. Dark blue body, one face, two arms. Holding the demon's divination board and the bag of diseases. The emanation of his body protects the Buddha's teachings, The emanation of his speech shakes the three realms, His mind is unchanging, benefiting beings.

Powerful Yama, water deity, Yaksha, Fire deity Rakshasa, wind deity, elemental spirits, The Brahma of the upper realms, the earth goddess, We prostrate and praise the ten emanated directional protectors. The seventy-five glorious protectors, And the hosts of oath-bound ocean of warriors, Please accept this flesh and blood torma, May the yogi, myself and retinue, Eliminate inharmonious conditions and obstacles, Grant harmonious accomplishments, Accomplish the entrusted activities. If there is a portion torma, light a lamp and offer it on the roof, etc. Glorious Protector Mahākāla, Machig, the desire realm sovereign Remati, Chamdral, those who do not transgress the commands of you siblings, Kshetrapāla Jina Mitra, Ṭakkirāja, demon protector Trakshad, etc., Glorious Great Black One and your retinue, Please come here and accept this adorned torma! Accept this red flesh and blood torma! Accept this Jambudvīpa food! Accept this essence of the Zaga hero's medicine! We offer the repayment of previous entrusted activities as a powerful offering, Please accept the supplication of current entrusted activities as a powerful offering. Protect the retinue and avert obstacles, And hateful enemies and harmful obstructors, Demons and various kinds of interruptions, May all be destroyed like dust particles. Swiftly accomplish the work of expanding the teachings, Accomplish the activities entrusted by the yogi. If there is no portion torma, then during the daily practice, this common prayer is not necessary. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra many times. Incomplete and deficient, And not obtained, not complete, Whatever is incapable, Whatever should not be done here, May you forgive all of that. To the inseparable Guru Protector, I respectfully take refuge. May I eliminate all sentient beings' Afflictions without exception. Oṃ, may you accomplish all the benefits of sentient beings, Grant the corresponding accomplishments. I pray that even after passing away in the Buddha-field, You will also come again. Vajra Muḥ!
