Please care for me like a son. Monks from the three regions of Ü-Tsang and Kham, who possess devout faith, please practice in this way. Let go of the endless worldly affairs! Abandon the insatiable clinging and the frustrating attachments! Stop wasting time meaninglessly on idle chatter! Give up the reminiscences, hesitations, and delusions about the past and future! Life has no leisure, and words have no end. Like a deer thirsting for a mirage, never satisfied, please drink the nectar! Because if you have not achieved your own benefit, you cannot benefit others. First, single-mindedly accomplish your own benefit! For the spontaneously accomplished benefit of others in this life and the next. Please generate immeasurable compassion for all beings! In the instant of having no selfish clinging. Whatever you do, generate the mind of enlightenment for the sake of benefiting sentient beings! Constantly contemplate the impermanence of death. In any case, you must give up this meaningless life. Accomplish the two benefits with years and months, and this body. Meditate on the deity's form as emptiness-appearance, free from attachment, inseparable. To the Lama who naturally arises with experience and realization. With intense devotion, pray constantly. To protect against obstacles in this life, the intermediate state of death, and the future life. Please rely on the Dakinis and Dharma protectors. Your own mind turned outward is neither Buddha nor sentient being. Whatever appears, know it to be mind. This mind is the deity's form of emptiness-appearance, like an illusion. Free from clinging to illusion is the Great Seal of Clear Light. Transcending affirmation and negation, birth and death, existence and non-existence. Without meditation or action, beyond samsara and nirvana. Karmas and their results ripen and are liberated in their own place. Free from dualistic clinging, view it as the Great Union. Emaho, this uncorrected, ordinary awareness. Although everyone has it, they do not recognize its kindness. Now there is no need to ask, generate a decisive certainty. The spontaneously accomplished three kayas manifest indivisibly. Thus it was said. The Immortal Advice of the Mind: I prostrate to the immortal wisdom of the Buddhas of the three times. With the generation of the mind of enlightenment and Guru Yoga. After making prayers. View your own body as the deity's form and mind of emptiness-appearance. The mind and the deity's form are inseparable. Its essence is emptiness, the Buddhas. Have not seen, do not see, will not see. In this, there is no sickness or death. Samsara and Nirvana, free from affirmation and negation. Realize this meaning in an instant. Or become remembrance, hearing, awareness. Connecting poorly, memory fades. The key point is one.

From the self-purification of suffering, the first clear light of the bardo, the Sambhogakaya inseparable Nirmanakaya, the benefit of others spontaneously accomplished without interruption. This deathless intention of the Victorious Ones is written for the sake of the supreme disciple. By this virtue, may all sentient beings equal to space realize the meaning of deathless wisdom! This was completed by the self-liberated Jetsun Birya Singha, the lord of self-mind deathlessness, written for the sake of the excellent son, the best of disciples. Five hundred khal of barley, seven zho of gold, one dzo, and a set of Monpa cloth clothes were offered, requested, and practiced. Homage! The one known as the wise and accomplished Tsangma Shangton, renowned in the three realms, whose sight, hearing, memory, and touch all connect with the glory of liberation, gave these instructions to the wise and virtuous Jagchen Gyaltsen Bum: Possessing wisdom untainted by faults, eliminating suffering through seeing, hearing, and remembering, introducing one's own mind as the Dharmakaya, I prostrate to the revered Lama! For the sake of accomplishing the benefit of all sentient beings, with the desire to attain Buddhahood, accumulate all virtuous collections, and generate the supreme Bodhicitta. Turning away from the notion of permanence, entering through diligence in virtue, in order to be free from attachment and aversion, repeatedly meditate on death and impermanence. Contemplate the unbearable suffering of samsara, for the cause of the arising of pleasure and pain, practice the acceptance and rejection of good and evil, the result will unfailingly occur. The means of reversing ordinary clinging to the body, visualize the deity's form clearly, which appears but has no inherent existence, meditate without conceptualization, the Victorious One, the Sambhogakaya, will naturally arise. The glory of bestowing all accomplishments without exception, the protector who saves from all fears, to the glorious protector, the revered Lama, generate devotion without separation, and continuously offer prayers. Meditate on whatever appears as dreamlike illusions, take faith and aspiration as the path, attachment and aversion dissolve in their own place and depart, illusion without clinging naturally arises. In order to be free from the mind that grasps at illusion, rest in the uncontrived, natural state, the grasping and the grasped dissolve in their own place, clarity and emptiness, non-grasping, naturally arise. In the nature of the knowable, because there are no faults or qualities, the yogi who realizes that very thing, acts in a way that is free from acceptance and rejection, this appearance, which is interdependent arising, is the unborn place
