The three verses remain the same, but replace "illusory body" etc. with "Please grant that I may master dreams." After praying intensely in this way, the lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself. One's own body appears as a clear and empty deity form, and in the center of the emptiness is the central channel, white like a crystal pillar. Its upper end is inserted into the crown chakra and its lower end into the secret place. Inside it, at the upper end, visualize a white haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం) facing downwards. At the lower end, visualize a red hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) facing upwards. It is also said to visualize the central channel as thin at the top and bottom and thick in the middle, like a fish. However, according to one's own intelligence, it is best to visualize it as thick as one's forearm, or if small, as thick as a bamboo stick. If the central channel is thick, the bindus will circulate easily, but it is not good if it is uneven in thickness. For everything that appears, generally, one should meditate on it as being unreal, and especially, it is important to meditate with the understanding that it is a dream. Then, from the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:హం) at the crown of the head, a white bindu the size of a bean falls down and reaches the heart, eliminating delusion. It feels comfortable above the heart, but it is also a delusion. From the hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the lower end, a red bindu the size of a bean falls down and reaches the heart, eliminating desire. It feels comfortable in the lower abdomen, but it is also a delusion. The red and white bindus meet in the heart, and anger is naturally purified. Think that it feels comfortable in the heart, but it is also a delusion. In a state of strong contemplation of unreality and dream, the two bindus in the central channel at the heart, in a posture of wanting to escape, rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, whichever is comfortable for your mind, and focus on that. This is the key point of the vase empowerment. How is it done? Visualize touching one after another, lightly touching. This is the secret empowerment. Then, visualize that the touch makes the body and mind feel comfortable. This is the wisdom empowerment. Finally, visualize one merging into the other, disappearing without attachment, and abide in a state of non-objectification. This is related to the key point of the fourth empowerment. In between, strongly generate the thought that everything is unreal and like a dream from time to time. During breaks between sessions, do not separate from the thoughts of impermanence, devotion, and dream. After gaining stability in what has been achieved, secondly, practice dreaming. At this time, practice with intention. Guru yoga etc. are as before, but when praying, replace it with "Please grant that I may master dreams." Practice indefinitely with intention alone, constantly thinking that whatever practice you do with the dream body is acceptable.

Me. For pillars, walls, etc., it can penetrate without obstruction. It can enter tiny holes, and for fearful things like fire, water, ferocious beasts, cliffs, etc., it can immediately suppress them. It can fly in the sky and dive into the ground. Especially for discriminations that are difficult to cut off, such as shame and disgust, sometimes it immediately suppresses them, sometimes it considers them unreal, and sometimes it cultivates them with reversal meditation, practicing with intention during the day and actually practicing in dreams at night. Expansion, etc., can be understood from the scriptures. If not grasped, it can be repeated. If grasped, it is stabilized. Important instructions such as cutting off distractions should also be understood from the oral instructions. For all phenomena that are like dreams, if one always knows them as dreams, the wombs of the six realms of samsara will be empty, and the clear empty deity will naturally arise. Fourth, the self-liberation of clear light ignorance: As a preliminary, cultivate impermanence and generate renunciation. The main practice of holding the clear light is: On the crown of one's own body, which is supremely clear, on top of the complete four seats, the root guru is adorned with the eight charnel ground ornaments such as a topknot of hair, bone ornaments, and tiger skin. If meditating as Vajradhara, also meditate as Heruka, peaceful and wrathful, with three eyes. The end of the supplication prayer: "Please grant the realization of clear light." Recite this with great devotion and intense supplication. In the center of the body is the white central channel. Directly in front of its heart, on top of a four-petaled white lotus and a moon, the root guru is white and radiant, one cubit tall. In the heart is a white drop the size of a mustard seed, radiating light, focus on it and rest in equanimity. From it, light radiates, the guru's body pervades and shines. The mind is filled with bliss. Light emanates from the body, pervading oneself. Light radiates from the pores of one's body, visualizing all appearances filled with vivid light. Focus on the drop in the heart and radiate light, repeating this again and again. In between, if awareness naturally relaxes, and sometimes joy, clarity, and non-conceptuality spontaneously arise, then rest without hope or fear. Before going to sleep, focus on the drop in the heart or the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), like the color of mercury. During session breaks, cultivate impermanence and devotion to the guru. In particular, the so-called way of settling the three kāyas as the path: Keep the eyes half-open like an elephant's gaze, relax awareness, let whatever arises be, and guard its own nature. The clarity of various appearances is the Nirmāṇakāya, the emptiness of knowing one's own nature is the Dharmakāya, the two are inseparable.
