Great power, and the sentient beings pervading the sky are also tormented by the intense suffering of samsara for a long time. The protector who can save from this suffering is the Lama Rinpoche, so I have no hope other than you, and I have made a firm decision. The common preliminary practice of this Dharma is refuge and bodhicitta. First, visualize a pure land. In the sky in front, on a lion throne, a lotus of various colors, and a four-layered sun and moon, visualize the actual body of the kind root guru, shining brightly and brilliantly. Looking at me with a pleasant smile. Be sure that it is the nature of the Three Jewels and Three Roots that gather in the ten directions and three times. Pour out the heart of "Lama knows". Visualize all the parents and sentient beings at the edge of the sky taking refuge with me. Recite in the mouth: All sentient beings like the sky take refuge in the Lama Rinpoche, the embodiment of the collection of the Three Jewels. Recite as much as possible. The refuge field is not collected at this time. Second, none of the sentient beings have not been my parents, so I cherish and pity them very much, but they are suffering endlessly in samsara. I must repay these with kindness and benefit. However, benefiting only one party is not comprehensive, so in order to place all sentient beings in the great position of union Vajradhara, I will practice the expedient path of oral transmission. Generate this mind. Recite in the mouth: For the sake of all sentient beings like the sky, I shall attain the state of perfect enlightenment of all-knowing. For this reason, I shall practice the profound path of the Six Dharmas of Naropa. Recite repeatedly. If you are under the protection of the Three Jewels and give birth to the heart of a great man, you will not retreat from the path of liberation, and all actions will be the cause of bodhi. The second preliminary practice, the uncommon purification method, the emptiness of the A. Again, clearly visualize the previously visualized guru, with intense devotion and longing. Pray to the Lama Rinpoche, the embodiment of all the Buddhas of the three times, to pacify all my diseases and demons for the benefit of all sentient beings. Please purify all sins and obscurations.

Please purify all places. Please cause the special samadhi to arise in the continuum. After praying as much as possible, the lama dissolves into light. Entering from the crown of the head and dissolving, thereby purifying and eliminating the mind, which is of the nature of ignorance. The head above the neck, like a water bubble, inside of white color and light touch, there is a white triangular Dharma source, like a clear crystal container. The thin root reaches the neck, and the tilted handle points upwards, with one corner touching the eyebrows and two corners slightly touching the left and right back of the ears. In the very center of it, there is a white "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) syllable, representing the unborn nature of the lama and one's own mind, clear and bright, with the nature of light. Half of it is immersed in the Dharma source, and half of it appears above. First, focus and fix the mind on the floating "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) syllable without support. Then, with moderate tightness and looseness, hold the mind as much as possible. If you cannot, recite the short "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) mantra about twenty-one times in a whisper. From the "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) syllable, a stream of white nectar descends with force. The Dharma source is filled with nectar, slightly overflowing, spreading and washing throughout the body, inside and out. Sins, obscurations, habits, consumption of monastic property and effigies, broken vows, etc., accumulated from beginningless time, are expelled outwards in the form of soot and coal tar from the pores and sense doors, becoming black and oozing. The heavy impurities of the body also disappear as if melting, and the nectar also washes from the outside, and the blackness flows far underground and disappears. Visualize your own body as a flawless crystal ball, filled with unobstructed white rainbow-like nectar, and then relax awareness. When specifically practicing this, repeat the above visualization and recitation, and one of the initial guru yogas is sufficient. This visualization has two branches, namely, pacifying diseases: For fever, visualize white, cool nectar, appearing in the form of red disease; for cold, visualize red, warm nectar, appearing in the form of white, swollen disease; for diseases of wind, bile, and phlegm combined, visualize yellow, oily nectar, appearing in the form of blue, swollen disease, etc. At the painful area, visualize a hole appearing, expelling impurities, thereby completely purifying it. Pacifying evil spirits: Visualize the nectar descending from the "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) syllable, transforming into the antidote to each evil spirit, such as a fierce yellow wrathful deity; visualize the stream of flames and boiling angry water, accompanied by the sound of mantras, completely destroying the evil spirits, and abide in equanimity.
