Like a crow, exhale slowly and deeply three times. Then, gently inhale air and press it below the navel. Do not pull the lower breath upwards, but bind it in place. At the navel, make one clockwise rotation and one counterclockwise rotation, visualizing the fire sparks colliding, and the entire inside of the body covered with red sparks, glowing red, hot and steamy, filling the whole body, and hold the gentle breath without any discomfort. If it becomes unbearable, initially use small force, then medium force, and finally exhale vigorously. Like this, hold the breath for four, eight, or as many times as you can. After becoming slightly proficient, gradually increase the clockwise and counterclockwise rotations each time, and when you can finally do about twelve rotations each time, you will gain the power of fire. Before practicing the five branches, also do as much as possible the churning wheel of rubbing wood to generate fire, so that heat will be generated faster. The actual Tummo practice is to consume Tummo as food: The body posture is to place the legs in a relaxed and wide manner in the vajra posture. Straighten the hands and cover the palms on the knees. The lips and gaze remain natural, the same as before. Straighten the spine. The toes are curled inward. In the emptiness of visualizing oneself as Vajrayogini, there is an Avadhuti nadi, like a medium-length arrow shaft, straight, thin, clear, and red, possessing these four characteristics. The upper end is inserted into the nostrils, and the lower end is inserted four fingers below the navel. Both ends have cuts, and the inside is empty, like a cut bamboo. On the right is the red Roma nadi, and on the left is the white Kyangma nadi, both as thin as awns, and the three nadis are aligned. The lower end extends four fingers longer than the central nadi, and the end is bent upwards, just entering the central nadi. The two upper ends are bent about one finger away from the back of the upper end of the central nadi. Then, the two ends are merged, covering the upper end of the central nadi, bending forward, and touching the two nostrils. Inside the upper end of the central nadi is the white syllable(ཧཾ,ham, ham,Ham,having the nature of bliss and coolness), with its head pointing downwards. At the junction of the three nadis at the lower end is the red syllable(རཾ,ram, ram,Ram,having the nature of extreme heat), with its head pointing upwards. About four fingers below that, at the anus, visualize the wind mandala, a blue-green crescent shape, with the cut facing forward, shaking violently. The ninefold exhalation is: first, exhale slowly and deeply three times, then exhale quickly and briefly three times, then contract the upper body and exhale three times, that is, press with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand

Bend the little finger, place the ring finger behind the middle finger, and press the left nostril. Put the left thumb into a fist and place it under the right armpit, pressing down with the right arm, with the elbow pressing against the right breast. Exhale sharply once from the right nostril. Then reverse the process and exhale once from the left. Exhale once again from the right, rest for a moment, and visualize emptiness. Again, slowly exhale one breath, then gently inhale the upper air, pressing it below the navel. Also, slightly draw in the lower air and keep the mouth closed. Visualize all the air passing from the nostrils through the throat, reaching the junction of the three channels. From the central channel of the air, the blue air rises like a knot and enters the central channel. Through the three airs, let (Seed Syllable, Tibetan: རཾ,Devanagari: रं,IAST: ram, Literal Chinese Meaning: Let) burn, the tiny and sharp light is clear and shining, burning longer and longer. After a few breaths, when it hits the (Seed Syllable, Tibetan: ཧཾ,Devanagari: हं,IAST: ham, Literal Chinese Meaning: Ham) at the crown of the head, the stream of white bodhicitta descends. Visualize it becoming longer and longer, dissolving into the (Seed Syllable, Tibetan: རཾ,Devanagari: रं,IAST: ram, Literal Chinese Meaning: Let) at the navel. It is said that fire should be visualized in front and bindu behind, burning and dripping. Focus on the main part. Where the firelight appears in the body, there will be a feeling of heat, and where the light of bodhicitta appears, there will be a feeling of bliss. Alternately focus on these two. Hold the breath for as long as possible, and if you feel slightly uncomfortable, do not exhale first, but inhale again as little as possible, pulling, pressing, and squeezing in the left, right, and center of the navel. If you cannot bear it, exhale as described above. Immediately after exhaling, inhale again and visualize. When resting, breathe four, eight, sixteen times, etc., and do not stop arbitrarily. Avoid the edges of day and night and noon, and start by holding the breath from the left or simultaneously. Regarding avoiding and accepting smoke, etc., you should learn from others. After that is requesting the worldly empowerment: Clearly visualize the lama sitting on the seat as before. The outer offering is all kinds of good offerings from all directions and times, the inner offering is the nectar of vows and wisdom, and the secret offering is the consort of bliss increase. Thinking that the three realms are like illusions and dreams, that alone is the complete four offerings. Visualize the lama rinpoche as the embodiment of all Buddhas of the past, present, and future. The outer offering is flowers and incense, the inner offering is the five meats and five nectars, and the secret offering is the wisdom of bliss and emptiness. Again
