Here it is printed. That which is to be tamed, if it is not established from the beginning, then the method of taming, the very letters of no arising, is the meaning of the Middle Way, which pacifies all elaborations, it is unparalleled among all methods of taming. The first of the actual six dharmas, the means path of bliss-warmth self-burning, has three parts: preliminary, actual, and subsequent. The preliminary, the body posture of the fire's empty chamber, or the fierce woman fire: visualize yourself as being in the innate co-emergent supreme bliss, or even in an ordinary state, on a wide and vast precious throne supported by eight lions at the crown of your head, above a white lotus and sun and moon, visualize the root guru as white as the autumn moon, with a smiling face, as if bestowing blessings upon you. If there is a lot of wrong thought, or if you need to measure upwards with faith, it is also okay to visualize Vajradhara. The special characteristic of these six dharmas is to visualize the guru as the actual body. As above, with intense longing of devotion from many doors such as considering the guru as the embodiment of all refuge objects, pray to the precious guru, the essence of all buddhas of the three times: for the sake of all sentient beings, may a special samadhi of bliss-warmth arise in my body, may a special samadhi of bliss-emptiness arise in my mind. Pray intensely like this, the guru melts into the essence of nectar and dissolves from the crown of your head. Purifying the body of ripening, transforming into the venerable Vajrayogini: body red-brown, one face, two arms, right hand vajra, slightly threatening mudra, left hand holding a skull cup of blood at the heart. Adorned with a dry skull crown, a necklace of wet skulls hanging down. Three eyes wide open, hair unbound, adorned with five seals. Right leg extended, standing on a lotus, sun, and white corpse. Head facing right and upwards, residing in the center of a fire mass. Visualize the inside of the body as if covered with a red silk tent, empty and clear all the way to the ends of the hairs. The body posture is to bind the six fire hearths: sit cross-legged, right shin inside, left shin outside, crossed like a table. Cross the two hands as well, with the two middle fingers clasped, bring the elbows to rest on the knees. Straighten the spine, keep the gaze straight ahead. In front and behind the navel, and at the left and right kidneys, visualize four red and round balls of fire, extremely hot, flames burning, clearly like red-hot iron balls. Do not abandon this focus.
